Shame on you, Mr. Boyer, for associating your name with the so-called "truth squad". I am an independent, but you sir, are a partisan. You will not get my vote in the next election. You have shown your agenda, and I believe people with personal agendas are not very effective in their jobs. Your first couple of years in service I was on board with you. But you have become increasingly political, just do your job! If you would have formed a "truth squad" for both candidates you might have had some crediability, and would have been performing the job you are elected to do. Again, shame on you for being a partisan, and dirtying your hands in this election year.

I am tired of hearing about boyer,s military service, I am also a veteran. I would not be on a truth squad and tout my military service. I am Sick of sheriff Boyer, have supported him in the past but no more.

He should never have been reelected, I have had a few bad encounters with the man and not because of anything I've done. He talked to me like I had no intelligence. I couldn't believe it. He's not supposed to speak to the public in that manner nor anyone else either.

it is the same way with any city/county/or state. If you haven't figured it out by now, then you never will. The cops are special & do what they want, when they want, how they want. They will give a ticket to fill their quota(yes they have them, I know people on several different police forces), doesn't matter if you are speeding or not, it is their job. Get use to it, or get a lawyer. You could always get friends on the force like I did, it has gotten me out of several tickets, but before that, look out! It is all a part life, ANYWHERE, you just may as well get use to it.

What are you a cop? You mad that I told your so called secret? I have 2 unlces on the force, one of my best friends works for Jefferson County, one in Dallas in Texas, and 1 that is on the force in Montana. So tell me again that I am full of it. I just tell it how it is. Get over it if you don't like it. I guess this would mean that you are full of it.

I don't know who you think you know but I don't know any police agency that has a quota system in place. I work for a department and know many people in many different departments in St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson Co and Wash CO and no one has a quota.

Cop is right. I am a police officer for a muny in missouri and have friends in other munys and jeffco sherrifs office. There is no quota system shows how much yoo know get use to it. Its people like you that give us a bad name. I am tired of trying to reason with moronic people who dont understand that we are put are lives on the line for very little pay to get a load of crap from people every day like you!!! Oh well that part I am used to.

with Get use to it, I have 3 specific incidents, all of which I had witnesses to, where I recieved a ticket for speeding & I wasn't. Go figure they were all at the end of the month too. It makes sense to me. I had the cruise control set on all 3 times & yet was still told that I was speeding, and not by 5-6mph, I'm talking like 12-15mph. So I guess you 2 are the only "real honest" cops out there! Ya right!
Now, I don't specifically know any cops, but I have heard of this quota thing, I don't think they call it a quota though. I believe it does exist, and you can not fight a ticket, it is the cop against us, & the judge will always take the cops side.
I agree too

I too have also recieved my fair share of tickets, they almost always are the last week of the month. I will admit that I have a lead foot, & have deserved some of my tickets, but I know for a fact that about 4 of them were flat out lies! I know I wasn't speeding or doing anything wrong & yet I still got a speeding ticket. It is just the things go around here. Don't expect any cops around here to admit to lying though, I think they go through some kind of training to be professional liars!

You are ignorant Freeman. If you keep saying the crap you do, I imagine it will catch up with you and you won't be so free anymore.

So what about when they lie and cover up the drugs/paraphenalia in someone's house because of who that someone's parents are?
