Phillipsburg Man Struck Another With Pipe, Police Say

A Phillipsburg man was arrested Thursday on charges he hit another man in the head with a pipe during a fight about 2:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Fisher Avenue, Phillipsburg police said.

there should be a ten day waiting period before anyone can get a pipe so crimes like this don't happen.oh when will we learn ?

What kind of pipe was it--a crack pipe or a marijuana pipe?
