Mississippi River Pools 9 to 15: Fishing on the upper Mississippi River has been typical for late January with a lot of mixed reports coming in from anglers.

there is not a fish to be caught in the river this week there has been a fish fly hatch and fishing is just crappy trolled from prarie du chien to lansing and didnt even get a bite today stoped casted for northern not a hit unsure about panfish but game fish are not biting
