drunks (especially multiple offenders) shouldnt be on the road. Unfortunately, drunks got a problem that males them become immoral, act without regard for anything. penalties dont matter, and with all due respect and love brother "Nephew of Metzler", Capital punishment isntr ever appropriate in an impaired death case where the only malice is that of disregard. I know u hurt like a mofo and r pissed when u c fools comin outa left field, but killing drunks wont ever b appropriate, and the fear of reprisals obviously doesnt register with a person who is on drugs or alcohol. Gettin to the core of the OCD that makes abusers act so is what needs to be done. since thats also next to impractical, makin vehicles that wont start when a drunk is driving would work (and that would b pretty easy (word-automakers) drugs are another story, since no breathalyser can detect them (yet)Maybe the automakers need to get hit on one of these to get some attention.About a $500 mil fine would get their attention. Im sure lotta folks are goona say leave them alone-focus on the drunk. but, drunks are drunks, always will be, and cars will always be available for them, and the auto companies should know that by now, cuz we all know it by now. Put in the device big 3...or 4..or however many there are now
