i think its dumb, hard work should come before someones natural intellect. you can't control how smart you are born but you can control how hard you work. who cares what you score on the sat. she had good grades, extra curricular.

So, you're saying that a person with only good grades and extra curricular activities (that's anybody who can throw a ball in a hole in this state) should have preference over those limited few whose only asset is that they have a brain and have better grades. Hey this is Indiana, I forgot, it's B-ball over brains every time. Brains and intellect have no place in the Daniels Education Cistern. The only way to make it in this state is to become a crony, be good at ball playing or to have enough money to buy your education for you no matter what your qualifications. That's the Daniels system, and it's as it should be after all, those who can't make it here, well, they should just move out!

Daily Horoscope for December 29

Scorpio

Your thoughts turn to the past today, putting you in a nostalgic mood. You're awash with sentimental tears as you dwell on days gone by or gaze at photos of people you'll never see again. However, try not to let this mood of reminiscence turn into a tendency to feel sorry for yourself and therefore to demand special treatment from others.
