Why in the world have you resorted to blaming the murder victim? I get that you are not pleased with the court's ruling, but maintain some level of civility and respect. No one deserves to be brutally murdered. Channel your anger in a different way.

If Diana did this crime she deserves whats comming. The judge who takes an oath under G-d to up hold the law found her guilty. My only problem is from reading testiomny it appears the judge convicted here on minimel dna evidence and hearsay, this is my issue. I allways believed a person cannot be found guilty unless theres no room for doubt. Im simply saying that she was convicted with out ABSOLUTE proof, even if this evidence points in her direction it does not put the knife in her hand. Knowone actually saw her do it..

Diana's supporters complain about the lack of evidence, etc. Fortunately for those of us who believe 100 percent that DIANA DID IT, the evidence in the apartment is only half the reason of why she was found guilty. Her own lies beginning with the 911 call she made also support that guilty verdict.

Its not about being a Dianna supporter. She may have done it. Im simply saying, that based on all circumstantial evidence is not the way the judicial system is suppose to work. There are to many holes for reasonable doubt. G-d forbid your family should be in this situation.. You would want the system to work the way it was set up to.. What's an "aggtavist?"
If you want to shout at others, let me do the same to you:
YOU ARE THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO GET A GRIP. DIANA KILLED CINDY. THE PROSECUTION HAD MORE THAN CIRCUMSTANTIAL EVIDENCE. DIANA HAD A KICK-ASS ATTORNEY. THE ACCUSED HAS MORE RIGHTS IN THE COURT THAN THE VICTIM. THE JUDGE WAS FAIR AND HONEST. THE SYSTEM WORKED.
Why would the cops go after anyone other than the real killer (Diana) who is already incarcerated and will be for a long, long time. Let me remind you how Diana's own lies did more damage to her case than anything the prosecution could have done. Her own witnesses couldn't back her story -- especially how Cindy spoke to her (with that severed trachea and all!!)
So, YOU should probably learn the facts on this case before you call someone else ignorant.

alright.. once again ok the Dr. for the Palatine police stated that the trachea was severed, ok I'll give u that. However there was no ABSOLUTE TIME OF DEATH AND NO PROOFE OF WHEN THE TRACHEA WAS SEVERED.. it was all speculation. You ask if the cops would go after anyone?? hello what world do u live in? There was relationships going on between cops and diana and cindy..The police have to meet quota's did u know that? However thats not the point. Why u want to make this personal with me is beyond my comprehension. Can't u be adult enough to agree not to agree? Yes Diana did and still has a "kick Ass Attorney"
thats why u should be concerned with the law.... She may very well be released on appeal in an upper court.. Because there is no absolute proof to many holes.. sorry i spelled activist wrong convict me on it.. However if u want see justice at the end of the day u better get busy..
