Terrible. Someone needs to be fired tomorrow morning.
How can you screw up fireworks?
The fireworks started at 9:10 p.m., then they stopped for 20 to 30 minutes, and they finally restarted at around 9:40.

Maybe there just shouldn't be fireworks displays in the Twin Cities anymore, ever think of that? Or, if there, are Free Water For Everyone!
