I Do apologize that both the plumbing issue you had was not covered by the warranty.unfortunatly we do have set appoitments that we must return to do.If you wanted the tech to do the work we would have to reschedual in order to do the said repairs.We always recommend that our plan holders get 3 other estimates for the work needed prior to chosing our company.So you can compare the rates that we quoted to you.

After reading these comments, I have to say that I cancelled a work order from Old Republic referring this company for my problem. I would like to give them a chance but I can't believe this many reviews are wrong. The responses from the company disturb me also, because I have not heard once that the issue was their fault even if it was an error. I have only heard blame placed on the warranty companies or the consumer. Some complaints need to be investigated but they all seem to be snap judgments that its everyone else's fault. Whether true or false these reviews have swayed me to request another company.

It is unfortunate that you felt it nessasary to transfer your service.Many customers who are happy with our service let our office and the warranty companyknow directly.Just to let you know our standing with old republic is spot on we have been with them over 10 years I can assure you if there was any problem with our company we would not be with the warranty.I can understand how you feel in regards to all the negative comments, however there are also good comments.With the amount of service calls we do it is not possible to please everyone especially if there is a denial. I hope in the future we will be able to service you and thus you can see for yourself that we are a good company with excellant customer service.If we did'nt care we would not answer every complaint,concern or compliment.

i ABSOLUTLY LOVED THIS COMPANY!!! i CALLED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF AN ISSUE WITH A LEAKING PIPE AND THEY WERE AWSAOME.i CANT BELIEVE HOW AFFORDABLE THEY WERE AND FAST.3 OTHER COMPANIES TRIED TO TELL ME IT WAS GOING TO BE OVER 2000 TO FIX.FRANCO FROM GENNAROS CAME OUT FOUND THE PROBLEM IN 20 MIN AND REPAIRED IT FOR ONLY 200 BUCKS.THE HONESTY WAS WAS AWSOME AND THERE OFFICE STAFF WAS SO COOL.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with - they lie to customers on a constant basis - this company shuld be put out of business - if you want a really bad plumbing compnay call these giys - otherwise get someone else to do the job - doesn't matter who - anyone who be better than these guys.

It is unfortunate that you find the need to apply such scathing remarks and with no explantion.If you had a problem you should have contacted our office. your comments are vague and without merit.surly you could have found the time to conntact our office as oppose to posting your comments on the web.

Warning: They profess to not work for the consumer; they work for the insurance company. They do not give invoices; they give receipts. They will not fix or repair my plumbing problem, even if I pay them. They force me to find and call another plumbing contractor. I dealt with Franco, plumber, and Patty, in the office.

Dear Ms. Diane again I can not state again how if there is a problem you are having you need to address it with our office.If you delt with me in the office then perhaps you did not state you discontent. I would be happy to discuss what ever issue you may have had and try to solve it.

Highly recommend this company, especially Franco. He just fixed our heater, actually replaced it. Quick, neat and quality work .

And he gave me some good tips on the housing maintanance.

I think very highly of Gennaro's plumbing, maybe customer's need to listen to what you stupid home warranty insurance is telling you and quit blaming people that try to do honest work and work thru the home warranty company. These home warranty companies blam all the trades and deny your warranty claims and tell tradesmen to do the work for almost nothing. How do you stay in business if other companies dictact how and what they should charge you. You should be so lucky to have honest workers. Thank you Franco for your help with our home you guys are the greatest.

It is very easy to go online and critize a company without any facts. you have not indicated what the problem was or why your upset? I can not respond to such complaint when you have left us in the dark

I love this company! I'am an elederly lady and am always concered when i have a service person come to my home.Patty the receptionist told me that the plumbers are in full uniform and marked trucks.And they were.Frank was a dear, he help me with the pipe leak I had and even told my husband how to fix it when the warranty company did not cover it. I don't understand these negative reviews and frankly everytime i have called them they were always friendly professional and very helpfull to all my senior friends out there I recommend you call this company for your plumbing needs!

98% of the reviews online are negative about this company. They will give you a window of 4 hours for an appointment. I waited 4 hours and cancelled all my plans and no one ever called or showed up. I called and the woman that answered did not even apologize. i guess this happens on a regular basis. She said she will call me back to reschedule but never did. so i called to re schedule but i had to wait a week later. very poor customer service.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Came out quick to collect co pay and order part. Part came in refused to come install it on a Friday. Made appt. For next tues never showed up never called when I got a hold of them their excuse was wrong part was sent they were not going to tell us them hung up on me over phone. Another week goes by still nothing finally made 2nd appt. Again never showed up or called. When we said we're filling a complaint they said fine we are canceling your order and not coming to fix water heater on a friday again. Third week warranty said give em one last chance since they have the part as usual they never showed up or called we had to have warranty call another plumber. Very rude and unprofessional on phone no sense of customer service don't ever let your warranty company send these idiots to your house you will definitely be treated horribly and probly won't get ur repair done.

On April 12, 2016 I called First American Home Buyers and told them I had a leak under the bathroom sink. They sent out Gennaro's Plumbing. He inspected the leak, turned off the water, said he didn't have the parts to fix and that he would have to go get them. He said to give him a check for $60.00 to "Open the account". He said he would be back in an hour! It's now the 14th, no show and no phone call. American called and said the repair was declined because Gennaro's reported that the plumbing coaintained "non standard parts" Turnes out you have to pay $60.00 just for a contractor to show up weather or not he does any work. If Gennaro's Plumbing shows up at your door, don't let the 'Laughing Clown' near your plumbing. Needless to say I will not be renewing my policy with First American Home Buyers Portection (or non protection).
