Oh, and BTW, after you have buried six of your friends, associates, colleagues and family of close friends who have been killed by recklessness nonsense like this or drunk drivers, then you can judge me on my proclamations.

Obviously this person who made this comment has no concept of a parent laying a child to rest. At age 22we all did stupid things and luckily we didn't have to pay the price with our lives. Gary was young and smart and made a wrong choice as many of us do.(Except for mr. Perfect here). Please remember the lesson here. Take advantage of every minute you have with the people you love because there may be a moment when they are not there for you to say "I love you".

Someone didn't die, a CRIMINAL died. No loss. Criminals are dime a dozen. And who cares if they are white, brown, black, green, purple or pink? He was a criminal doing a criminal act. Hard core? Yes, but such is life. Do the wrong thing and pay the consequences. Fortunately he didn't kill someone else. That's the ONLY good thing about this story. You people need to realize that not all life is "precious", scrooo that. This guys life was not precious. He put many people's lives at risk for his selfish reasons. That's called narcissistic so spare me your outrage at those of us that are tired of these type of people.

A tragic situation exists precisely when virtue does not triumph but when it is still felt that man is nobler than the forces which destroy him.
