The reason is because the people from the suburban and ultra-rural areas to the North and West of Middletown all come to the Middletown area to do their shopping. The reason Middletown has so many drug dealers is because the spoiled rich white suburban druggies and the rural white trash druggies also do their shopping in Middletown. Don't blame Latinos. Latinos are the only people in Middletown that actually work and are the only reason Middletown isn't much worse. You clowns from out of town don't know. I guess even some people from the Southeast (Clifton Park and Orangeburg) buy their crack in Middletown too though
