Sex offender, tied to missing NYC woman, gets prison for not reporting address

A sex offender suspected in the fatal disappearance of a young New York City woman has been sentenced to one to three years in state prison for not reporting his Orange County address to police.

Punishment in this country does not fit the crime.

Young adults are committing crimes that mostly adults committed. Old enough to commit the crime. Old enough to have your face, address and parents information posted in the media. Keep them in detention/boot camp until they complete their full sentence along with education requirements. An educated youth can be rehabilitated. They should also be require to make full restitution to their victim(s).

Murders, rapes and child abuse and other crimes are now considered a prison layover.

Bring back the death penalty.
Even if not used, it will assure that the criminals stay behind bars where they belong and off the streets so that law abidding citizens can enjoy some quality of life.

Liberal judges need to be ousted.
People voted them in... people should be able to vote them out.
