Sadly, an arrogant man has obtained this position. He, predictably, walks in with a big head and starts telling people he is smarter than them. Then he begins restructuring the whole city most likely for personal and political reasons. Without even being in office he already considers himself an expert on the city's unique situation. His background is highly suspect and questionable. What happened in Hubbard? What happened in Lorena? He left Lorena amidst controversy over a sewer plant. I feel sorry for the City of Farmersville and its employees.
