City, Rochester Police Officers Accused of Perjury

A local man is suing the city of Rochester and two of its cops for lying on a police report, which kept him in jail for four months.

Why would you even come up with something so stupid, the scanner only puts out what has already gone through the 911 center. So any smart attorney would subpoena the 911 tapes as evidence.

If it was an illegal stop I certainly hope they gave him back his illegal gun and drugs. Lord knows he had the gun for a reason.
One never know when one of Rochester's finest citizens may need to protect himself or just shoot and or kill someone.

How many murders are walking the streets of Rochester from just this year alone 18-19 so far?
