Let them be responsible for their own repairs. Why should Lukoil be responsible for an honest mistake? That's just part of the cost of having a vehicle.

Let them pay for their own repairs. Lukoil should NOT be responsible for an honest mistake.
That's just the cost of having a car.

My son worked for Lukoil in West Berlin, he told me some stories about how the manager wanted him to mix gas with other gas and water. When he said no, they fire him, and held his last paycheck. I will never buy gas from Lukoil and I have told my friends about how shady they are, and what they want their employees to do.

They water down the gas so they can have more of it to sell to consumers. They also did this back in the 70s when we had gas shortages. Only most of us knew that there were no gas shortages, only the gov't making more money off of us. Eventually they started having a lot of gas spills in the ocean because they didn't know what to do with it all once people started really cutting down. It could have been our gov't teaching the arabs a lesson, I don't know. Anyway....back then we had to add a gas additive called "dry gas" to our gas tank because of the water they added. They must think the American people are stupid or something. Only now it is more expensive because we now have fuel injectors which will become messed up and could cost some money when the dealers start screwing us. I totally don't agree with you that we the consumer should have to pay for anything that goes wrong with our cars due to bad gas. Like another poster said, we are paying top dollar for a product and it better be good.

A lot of our oil comes from Argentina where Chavez has already said that he is going to sock it to the American people. We also drill our own oil but not enough. I am not sure what we are waiting for but I think Pres. Bush's family is somehow in the oil business. I can't remember exactly how, but they mentioned that in one of my college courses a year or so ago.

LUKOIL carries out exploration and/or production of oil and gas in Russia and (as of 2005) nine other countries: Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Colombia, Venezuela, and Saudi Arabia.

The company is primarily based in Russia, however, I googled it and found the above. So Crooked may not be totally wrong. But we both know he is wrong because he is a crack headed fake Muslim. Muslims don't do crack Mr. Crooked....

Yo, Tom! Guess what? Mine was one of the 80 cars effested on the Parkway. It wasn't an honest mistake! Some cars stalled before even leaving the rest area where we got LUKOil gas. Their response was to switch to "Super," implying that only the Regular gas was tainted. Cars were being towed from 5:30 PM. I got fuel at 8 PM that evening-they were still pumping bad gas. And this was only one of the stations effected. This cost me about $1000.00 so far.
Yeah-and if someone pours sugar on your gas tank-I guess that is just part of the cost of ownership of a car...
