By they way since you want to talk about Ray Ray, here's one for you, he hasn't paid his taxes on his house in 2 years. It will go up for auction August 25, at 10 a.m. It's not in a very good neighborhood so it isn't worth much. Maybe the mayor needs to take a course in money management, cause he sure doesn't know how. Think about this, he is watching over the cities money, scarey isn't it?
