How many businesses have to close before the idea of positive growth in the tax paying business community begins to seep in?

We got a cool new fountain there by the ice cream store for the punks to dump detergent into. Cool. The hysterical society damn near let Talbot Taver burn to the ground. Lets not forget the lady that got persecuted for having the wrong type of fence around her yard.

The Bardstown city council needs to focus on something relevant like defunding and outlawing the hysterical society.
