Oh, and wake up "Father", it's not the mother's fault that Andrew was serving that much time in prison. The JUDGE makes that decision, not the mom. The mom just REQUESTED to the judge that Andrew get the maximum.

Maybe you two should have been at the sentencing so you could have given the judge your request. Oh, that's right, you "couldn't be there".

If that were my child, NOTHING would have prevented me from being there.

Be nice - this kid has committed suicide. Have some empathy for his family...and remember, everyone is flawed and this situation could really happen to any one of our families. We don't know the whole history of this family, so show some compassion.

All I feel is a loss of a young man I knew who loved to be with his family and was always ready to go out and help with whatever. Andrew always had a hug and a smile for my sister. I do not know this person that has been in the papers and now gone. If you read some of the other things people did in this town or country, They were'nt treated as bad as Andrew. their sentence was less and people were hurt badly. Beaten, raped.....not wanting a ride to go see their dad..Also some of them, hurt people that they did'nt know. Not that we should hurt ones we know, But when it is a parent a light blub should go on to get some help, not POLICE..
No one was hurt...Now we all hurt.

Sitting there with their mouths shut and having their son know they were there for support is better than not even being there.

What kind of mother would do that to there child, I am glad she was not my mom, I never got into trouble, but if I did I wouldn't want her to be my mother. And as a mom, I would never do that to my child. I would of asked for help not time, whats that going to prove. and yes all he wanted to do is see his father and took the wrong way on doing so. The mother has to live with this for the rest of her life and I hope it eats her up inside. To the dad, step-mother and his sister my heart goes out to you. I feel nothing toward the mother and step-father. I hope andrew will forgive her. How dare she even show up for the funeral. Sorry bob - but I hope she rots.

Bob, Kelly, and everyone else on that side of the family That I know, My thoughts and prays are with you at this terrible time. May you find peace knowing he is in God's care. Even though I did not know Andrew personally, I heard nothing but good thing's about him.
May God and Andrew be with you today.

To the family members posting here...you're really showing everyone what kind of life this kid led by airing family business on this forum...attacking the dad. Pretty claseless considering the whole situation.

Let me see if I have this right,: You are a human female defending the mother of a troubled young man whose vindictive mother went to court at her son's sentencing and requested to the judge that her son get the maximum sentence. What a great piece of humanity you and the mother are!! Wow!!

YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE OF WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. LIKE I HAVE SAID MANY TIME'S. KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT. THERE IS A REASON WHY THE FATHER WAS NOT THERE..........I HOPE YOU NEVER HAVE TOO GO THROUGH ANYTHING LIKE WE DID, BUT IF YOU DO GOD BLESS YOU....

ALL I CAN DO IS PRAY FOR YOU, BECAUSE NO HUMAN BEING WOULD EVER SAY THAT. COME TALK TO ME WHEN IT HAPPENS TO ONE OF YOUR LOVED ONE'S. GOD PLEASE WATCH OVER THIS PERSON. HE REALLY NEEDS YOUR HELP

everyone knows andrew for the man he was. people that didn't know him can't judge him. i knew him very well and a friend of mine dated him for a lengthy period of time. We can sit here all day and play the blame game but the fact of the matter is andrew is no longer with us (for whatever reason his mental condition) and is now at peace with himself and no longer needs to suffer.

May God comfort and bless the family and friends that are impacted by this tragedy. It is never easy to lose anybody that you love, and it's even harder to lose somebody so young. I trust that Andrew is no longer suffering. He is finally free... literally, and emotionally. No more hurt, loneliness, anger, sorrow, regret or sadness. I will say a special prayer for all those touched by Andrew. May the family find peace and love all around them.
Thank you, and GOD BLESS YOU ALSO
