When will people understand that there is absolutely no parental bond when you are in the cult. These parents would give up their children in a split second if that is what TA wanted them to do. They cry the crocodile tears for the cameras ONLY because its what TA wants.

So the fact that they didnt show up to a hearing for their child should come as absolutely NO surprise to anyone.

The children would be better off where they are then being put back in that hell hole. The ones that can talk are probably begging not to get sent back there.

Been there, done that!

Is that the same people that said Jenifer Kolbek would show back up in court after they served her papers and let her go when she popped in at alamo's case to bad mouth her daughter?

I be giving 10 to 1 odds that JenJen don't show for that hearing. Any takers?

Wrong on a few counts, in the least. First of all, a cult is not a church. And the reason they aren't getting these children, is exactly because they won't leave the cult.

All they had to do was what every non cult member on this planet does, get a job and secure their own housing. They wouldn't even do that.

Do not deceive yourself, they have not left the cult in any fashion. Not showing up in court, running and hiding as fugitives, is exactly what alamo orders his cult members to do.

Wrong, Inthaknow....that was not the mission at all. The mission is to protect their children from the perv and as long as they are "living under his roof" so to speak, they have no control over their own lives and the lives of their children.

To the cult members....."Get a job, support your children...is that really so much to ask? You can still say your praise tony's all day long if you want to, but good grief...protect your children.

Ya but, if they were to become productive honest citizens, they would no longer be totally dependent upon alamo and the cult in every fashion. For financial, food, housing and every other kind of necessary life condition support.

Or actually, they could just keep and control their own money they make instead of turning it all over to alamo and giving him control over every aspect of their lives.

To the effect that, after 40 years of service, alamo has the power and constant threat, to just kick them and the ridiculous number of children alamo ordered them to birth, out of the cult housing he controlled and onto the streets penniless.

And their fearful need to obey alamo's every command, even child sex and beatings, immediately w/o question or even the observable hint of any defiance or insubordination to his oppressively total control.

I agree w/ the Judge, and that causing the cult members to become productive self sufficient citizens was obviously a part of Judge Griffin's original intent and purpose.

I do also agree w/ Ridge Kid tho, that even the somewhat slight and "normal" request and sanction of the courts to become self sufficient self supporting honest citizens would be the first step to protecting their own children. That they would not protect of their own volition, inside the cult and their total alamo dependency. This is not asking too much.

Many other following procedure and steps are also necessary. Including counseling, deprogramming and avenue of support group facility. 40+ years of total deception, brain washing, mind control, lunacy and unthinking service is not overcome overnight. With just the snap of a finger or just one court order to protect the children.

How many "escapees" who have fled decades ago actually miss their SS?

I feel so bad for those who stayed so long and have no way to support themselves in their waning years after leaving.

The abuse of children was horrible and I'm so glad that such progress has been made toward ending that.May it continue even stronger in the future.

You,Dy, point out a less publicized horror of Tony's career which is the older, injured folks with no means of support he leaves in his wake.

So many, John. And in my family. We need to at least pray for all those who've lost out for so long.

Looks like they were afraid of losing their baby. No wonder they skipped a hearing where the outcome was decided before hand. The judge cant make you do anything, short of handcuffs and they guys with guns.....they cant make one answer questions, or compel ones attendance, people just think they can.

You dont have to open your door when someone knocks or answer the phone when it rings either, just be willing to face the concenqueces when you fail to do so.

That is a serious criminal accusation you just made, Hall. Exactly who are you saying has wrongfully prejudged this case before the hearing? The Judge involved? What evidence do have that supports your blatant allegation??? Do you know any details at all concerning this case, or even the names of the participants? Or are you just running your mouth in conspiracy theory derived rhetorical ignorance.

Here's the thing Hall, you may not give a shit about your kids, but when it comes to mine, you better believe I would be making every appearance and doing everything I can to get custody back.

All the court asked them to do to regain custody was get a job and not be totally dependent upon the cult for all their support and existance, and the totally controlling effect of that situational standing affecting their children.

The leader of their cult was just sentenced to 175 years in prison for what he does to the children on those cult compounds and off. It has also been proven as legal fact in Court that the cult organization beats kids bloody w/ boards 140 times at alamo's command on those compounds and cult controlled living quarters. The cult members only need to remove their children from that criminal abusive endangerment and environment to get them back.

Do you hold some kind of political office in Texarkana, Hall? Do your superiors know about your feelings and beliefs concerning justification of the danger these cult children are exposed to? And about your accusations you have brought against the Judge in this case?
