oh yes we all know this,or i do anyways. so what actually happened to the evidence on his brother-in-law when he got busted for possession, it somehow got lost or something like that. oh yea thats right Neil "Bear" Groom got rid of it, lol!!! yes he did actually he actually bragged about this to some. but hey whatever just digging himself into a bigger hole.

I believe this was all planned out pretty good to get Bear out of office so they could put who they wanted in there, so they just made up a bunch of BS. All small town and probably larger ones too, do political business that way, and really don't care who they hurt in the process!!!

He got his partner Macon Police Officer Wilford Swank off on the murder of Julianne Helton by putting all of the blame on James Grinder (Swank's co-defendant).

"MY" PERSONAL DEALINGS WITH "BEAR" HAVE BEEN VERY NEGATIVE AS WELL. HE MAY HAVE MANY FRIENDS, BUT HE SHOULD DO HIS JOB REGARDLESS, OTHERWISE HE SHOULDN'T BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A POWER POSITION. IF "I" WERE THE JUDGE AND JURY, I WOULD FIND NEGLIGENCE AND INTERFERENCE WHERE UPHOLDING AND ENFORCING THE LAW IS CONCERNED. I WOULD ALSO FIND BLATANT DISREGARD AND "SLOTH". THOUGH I FEEL THIS WAY DUE TO MY PARTICULAR ISSUE, IT HAS CRUELLY AFFECTED OTHERS AS WELL. DOES HE CARE? I WOULD GUESS NOT, OTHERWISE HE WOULD HAVE BEEN SURE TO SEE TO IT THAT JUSTICE WAS DONE IN A SWIFT AND COMPLIANT MANNER, RATHER THAN EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE. THOUGH HE MAY FEEL AS SUCH, IT IS NOT A JOKE TO STALL THE LEGAL ENGINE AT HIS OWN DISCRETION, NOR IS IT FORGIVEN OR ACCEPTABLE. IT IS DEPLORABLE.

We are carefully monitoring your lack of action against Ken, who is indicted in Georgia for non-payment of over $80,000 in child support. He recently stopped making court ordered payments again. He either quit his job, was fired or moved away again to avoid this responsibility. His extradition to Georgia has been on hold. Why? What massive BS did he tell you and your equally gullible legal counterparts to convince you not to enforce the law? By the way, he has another daughter in Florida and has never paid her mother anything. By now, she is about 12 years old.
