How can the president of the steelworkers local union 4370 over at the Point Comfort Alcoa manf. plant get arrested multiple times for theft by check and still hold this position?
His latest was Sept. 26, 2009 for Larry Clayton (Clay) Maxwell in Port Lavaca, for theft by check. What kind of union representation do they have over there and what kind of ethics does Alcoa require? Here's the link to the arrest blotter, public record.

A Jimmy Hoffa in the making? Come on man the shopkeep has to make his living too, don't steal from him. If you'll steal from a store do you steal from your union members too?
