I'm wondering why the flag is not at half staff? In light of the 13 dead American soldiers at Ft. Hood and it being Veteran's Day, I would have thought that maybe the mayor would have the foresight to have our flag flown at half staff. Hell, even McDonalds in Parkersburg has been at half staff all week. Pitiful and Disgraceful!
