Mora-Mi Apartments

My daughters job has transferred her to Paducah Ky and she is looking for an apartment. Does anyone have any comments Re: the management of the Mora Mi apartments or should she look elswhere. Please be honest. I want my daughter in a good, safe place. Thank You

I'd say go with West Park or Quail Run, safe nice neighborhoods. I don't know much about Mora Mi but it's not in the best neighborhood.

I use to live there.It's nice and now a new manager which it needed.Its a great location, and the pool and outdoor grills are nice.A little expensive,but its ok.

FYI. Don't do drugs. Just watched the drug busts when I lived there. Also a girl that lives there named LaTosha Thomas that sleeps with several women's husbands in town. Maybe you should keep an eye on your man, Lela.

drug dealers live everywhere; i had a friend that lived there for two years, he was an electrical engineer, i never heard a complaint from him ever.

I live here now & it SUCKS! New manager and all it still sucks. I thought the pool & grills were a great selling point until here it is June and the pool is still not up. Half the grills don't even work and I don't think it should take maintenance 6 months to make a repair. Also the garbage and weeds are all over the premises.I could go on and on but I wont just take my word for it when I say as soon as my lease is up I'm out of here.

Seems to me you could not keep your old man at home where he belongs!! Just cause she can(or will) do things you can't does not make her a bad person..just sexually satisfied

My husband is perfectly satisfied, but she slept with my friend's husband while my friend was in the hospital. She also slept with her husband's friends and when he went to jail for selling weed to support her UGLY ass, she ratted him out. We all know the type of female. And if you're so quick to jump to her defense, maybe ur one of those females too.

I live at Mora Mi now myself and I do have to say that I was ready to live because of the old manager Kevin, our new manager really like to make sure everyone is happy, I have to give cudos to the man for he had alot of repairs to do, rep to change, I think he's doing a GREAT job for being only 1 person and now with all the landscaping he's doin, I'm proud to be here...

i also moved in for the pool. also being new to the area, I talked to many people for their opinion of the apts. From my understanding the drug problems were a few yrs back, and the police hit hot and heavy until they were all busted and evicted. I feel very safe there, have seen no signs of anything suspiscious. I feel safe and let my kids into the court yard unattended. For the most part the people are friendly. I like this manager because he is very approachable, can be reached at any time and will fix whatever problem you are having. He is understaffed so its obviously not going to be perfect over night. These people complaining are probably the rule breakers, litters, and destructing property. They dont respect others and should leave.

just playing around on the net found this Forum. Seems to me OUR Manager isn't who he seems from a friend of mine who knows him. When I told her where I just moved to and was telling her about the Manager....she sent me some pics and asked if it was the same person....it was. The stories she was telling me about him and how he was and is honestly made me feel safe, makes me wanna fall in love and keep him for myself...ok TMI...lol. RESIDENT..I know the family your talking about...Paducahs joke of the town? Youngbloods?....we all around the complex know about them, I'm sure that our new Manager has things under control learning bout who he is and what he does their going to be gone very very soon.

I live here and I would not recommend it to anyone. The apartments are very big and spacious with nice closets and kitchens, but it is so loud. There are kids that throw rocks at the cars and people's windows and there are parties every weekend that are so loud. It makes it hard for people with real jobs to live here because it's so noisy.

They're designed creepy-- All the doors are after you walk into a little hall type arrangement, with all the doors surrounding the pool area. A mugger or rapist could hide in any of the many cubby hole spots, in balcony area or lower section, and anyone that lives there can literally throw you towel from their door if you're in the pool. Vehicle parking cannot be seen, so your car could be getting trashed. Not the best neighborhood anyways.
