No one has vaporized jobs as fast as she has, so you wanna b*tch, vote against her in the election. Richardson may have had faults, but we had employment and tax surplus, not unemployment and a 25% one year drop in tourism, our second biggest industry. We have little natural resources, so scenic beauty and tourism is a plus she has destroyed, and we were headed to become the second silicon valley until Carruthers and johnson torpedoed it.
You are so full of crap. We have TONS of natural resources, but the liberals have locked them away. We've got mineral wealth, timber, energy galore in coal, oil, gas, uranium. Tourism is NEVER a good economic program, because the first thing people do when gas is $3 a gallon and uemployment is high nationwide is stop traveling. That's happening nationwide, look at National Park attendance figures. Government subsidy of high tech, phony green energy, and Hollywood is no way to run an economy, either. Solid industry is the ONLY thing that can pull us out, and as long as the Democrats in Santa Fe oppose it, our state will flounder while others succeed.

Being black yes my eyes are brown, so kudos for your racist comment.

But let's take a moment to discuss your idiocy.

Have you watched the videos I've linked to? Let's see the mother said I went to games that neither team played so obviously I can't stalk anyone if they themselves aren't there, that's perjury and in New Mexico perjury is a felony.
Susana Martinez used a false criminal charge to cover up the FACT that Lisa King impersonated a public official, a 2nd degree felony in Texas.

I've offered proof, but you choose to ignore it. In your idiotic mind you believe that since Susana Martinez hasn't been charged then she did not commit a crime.

Really? A corrupt politician not having to answer for their corruption, that's new to you?

I can't help it if no one in New Mexico has the balls to do their job. I have no power to make all those responsible for what they have done answer for it.

Unless you can prove that Las Cruces High actually played Chaparral at Las Cruces High and I was there, that's perjury. Unless you can pull up "a flood" of text messages that don't exist on my records nor the "alleged victims" then that's perjury.

As for impersonating a public official, Lisa King admitted to what she did. And yet it seems no one wants to charge her. She admitted to a felony so that means that even Susana Martinez knew it happened but chose to cover it up.

By the way the father was convicted of assault on his wife and child. He later sued for divorce, won, and got custody of the child he assaulted. These are the people Martinez goes to bat for.

And you're going to question me.

Almost every criminal a person ever meets says they didn't do it, it was bad cops, a set up, the justice system, blah blah blah. Always someone else's fault. Those suspected of crimes against children are MOST EAGER to distance themselves from those accusations..because you get your own peckers handed to you in jail You say Susana Martinez committed multiple felonies..yet no one has charged her with ANY crime (so she has committed NO felonies), and she was elected governor of the "whole durned state", not to mention she's been repeatedly awarded by fellow law enforcement and prosecutors. That must have really hurt when no one cared what you have to say, eh? Well, no one cared except for your fellow self-appointed victims then, and no one cares but them now. Martinez WILL be re-elected, and I'll be voting for her, with clear conscience, because she been the best thing to happen to this state in decades. Now we just have to give her a legislature who is willing to work with her.
And yes, the problem DOES lie with the liberal, socialist, statist, wealth stealing and freedom robbing Democrat party, here in New Mexico, and elsewhere. They've been taxing and regulating New Mexico, and the rest of the country, to death for decades, and it shows. We've got some of the highest taxes in the west, and some of the worst roads, bridges, and other infrastructure in the west. And whose been handling the purse strings? Democrats. No coincidence there.
And sorry, there won't be any door to hell hitting me on the backside..because I'll be holding it open for you! There's a special place for child stalkers and molesters there, and I'll want to make sure you get the best seat in the house before I head back upstairs!
Wait. You honestly believe that a person not charged means they're innocent. So you obviously believe as I've stated already that there's never been a corrupt politician, that's something new to you?

Just because she wasn't charge doesn't mean she didn't do it. As stated above can you prove it wasn't perjury? So you have evidence of those games actually being played?

Then there you go, unless you can prove that those games actually occurred then you have no proof that she did not commit nor suborn perjury. Til then she committed several felonies and you're just a complete fool for blindly falling her.

Why NOT believe someone not charged is innocent? You WERE charged, and you claim YOU are innocent, and you expect people to believe that? Why should anyone hold you to a different standard than our governor? Why are YOU special? Because YOU say you are? No. You got lucky and got let off on a technicality, and instead of accepting your good fortune and living your life, you are still here bashing away claiming your innocence when the case is long over and everyone else has forgotten about you and moved on. But if all you got is the crap your posting here, that some underling called you using Susana Martinez's name, then you've GOT no case. Nice play of "THE VICTIM" moron. I showed your reply to my daughter. See, back 20 years ago, I married a wonderful woman who was not the same skin tone as I am. She had a beautiful little girl when I met her. 2 years after I married her mother, I was awarded custody via an adoption request that her natural born father gave up. My comment was directed at the fact you spew so much fecal matter that it has accumulated to the level of your eyes. Most people would have gotten that comment, but a race baiter like you that needs to be a victim to make himself feel better did not. My daughter read your comment and immeditely started laughing. She said, and I quote;

Former GOP Chairman Harvey Yates Says He Is "Not So Skeptical" Of Corruption Charges Swirling Around Martinez Camp.

It's no secret that former NM GOP Chairman Harvey Yates, Jr. has had a falling out with Governor Martinez and her political consultant Jay McCleskey, but now Yates has taken the feud a step further, delivering a direct hit on Martinez.

Yates says allegations of corruption in Susana's administration should not be viewed by Republicans as far-fetched:

Most voters recognize that Susana Martinez is governor today because voters were fatigued by the former administrationís corruption. In 2010 Republicans were elected to end corruption. Thus, I was concerned when rumors of impropriety began to seep from the Martinez administration. But as to corruption, I was skeptical. Now, months later, I am not so skeptical.

Actually I'm trying to find if you have any intelligence whatsoever.

The question is Susana Martinez committed a crime and there is strong evidence, concrete evidence to prove she did and yet you feel she's innocent and yet I was charged with something that NEVER HAPPENED, even had the court say there was no evidence and even had the prosecution admit there was no crime and yet you feel I'm guilty...that makes sense to you?

In your mind she's innocent even though there's evidence and even an admission of guilt, but you find me guilty when there's no evidence nor any crime committed.

You just don't get it all because you accept guilt solely of the fact that they filed an indictment. That's all you need, you don't need evidence. A criminal complaint and indictment is good enough for you.

Again until you find evidence of a volleyball game between Chaparral High and Las Cruces High in the year of 2007 or 2008 then Martinez was involved in perjury. A felony. So then you support a criminal.

No my evidence is in the court records.

So you nor anyone else can say I made it or that it's not true or fabricated in some way. These people created the very evidence I speak of, it's all on record. Sure you can choose to ignore it, but that does not take from teh fact they committed several crimes.

"I BELIEVE that charges against you were proper."

Really, how? What evidence do you have?

Oh and also dip, you're quoting the paper when the fact is the judge said there was no evidence. Now that's in the trial transcript, but of course you won't read it. you don't want truth you want false statements printed in the Las Cruces Sun News, same paper that accused me of violating a restraining order when one never existed. Again that's been proven in court.

As for the prosecutors dropping the ball, that's just straight stupid. What did they do wrong? Oh wait that's right in court, under oath they admitted no crime was committed, so if that's dropping the ball then they messed up big time. So you want to give them a mulligan?

You believe the victim's family?

That has got to be the most absurd thing you've posted, well outside your support for Martinez.

So you believe I went to a volleyball game between Las Cruces High and Chaparral High? Contact NMAA and see if they can pull up a record of that game. By the way what ever you do don't come back and post some fake score, date or time because both schools schedules are available freely on the internet so your lie will easily be exposed.

But as you just admitted you'd rather believe liars than the truth, something I've already point out about you.

Lastly I don't smoke nor have I any interest in your ass...

When you win your lawsuit against the Dona Ana County District Attorney, you'll be vindicated and be a wealthy man. But oh yeah, you'll have to actually file that one first, too. Why havn't you?

When you win your lawsuit against Susana Martinez, you'll be a wealthy man, and be finally vindicated in the public eye. Oh, wait, you'll have to actually FILE that one first, too! Yet you havn't. Why are you wasting time here on an anonymous public forum trying to convince a couple of people who you don't even know of your plight, when there is so much at stake?

When Governor Susana Martinez is charged with some sort of crime as a result of your case, then perhaps I'll believe you. You should be fighting for your justice in places that really matter, but instead, your on here sparring with one or two people who you don't even know, and who have no bearing on your case whatsoever. Perhaps call the Texas courts corrupt or demand that the Texas courts mind their own business. Exactly how far are you willing to go to support Martinez?

You still haven't proven that a game occurred between Las Cruces High and Chaparral High.

AS for being wealthy, shows you know very little.

I'd like to have the thousands that were paid to post my bond. Oh wait that's right I want the money back paid for a bond that Martinez told the court I didn't pay.

She's a liar, a fraud, and a cheat.

If they would refund my bond then I really wouldn't be posting or vehemently trying to get justice.

I paid thousands for a bond of a crime they admitted in court never happened!

Of course that's fair to you, you believe anything she does is legit.

Speaking of ethics, she campaigned about that very subject and yet when the legislature presented her with an Ethics Commission she vetoed it.

So for all the people on here who repeatedly say the democrat controlled government is what's wrong...hmmm...they wanted to fix a major problem in NM and she chose to deny it because she wants New Mexico government to continue to be corrupt, especially when she's in charge.

She didn't veto any "Ethics Commission" bill, because the legislature has never presented her with an "Ethics Commission" bill.

She's vetoed a lot of Democrat plans for the Public Regulation Commission, the Democrats plan for a Public Education Commission, and a lot of other Democrat proposals for gerrymandering government to their liking, but she's never vetoed any "Ethics Commission".

Better go check your facts, because it appears you don't have any.
