I guess we now know who Duane Barbati is voting for. Great article! Was it completely or only partially written by the Martinez campaign.

I highly respect the fact that S. Martinez will stick to the issues at hand and "NOT stoop as low as Denish and throw crap back and forth". I'm looking forward to Martinez's ethetical grown-up campaign.

"I highly respect the fact that S. Martinez will stick to the issues at hand "

you mean ,when she started first with the attack ads on her opponent in the primary, and then lost the fight, so now she will take the moral high road, when she lost the attack ads since she did not pay taxes? employment taxes, what for ,illegal aliens she has not admitted she will attempt to deport? Per the law?

those in glass houses shouldn't throw stone,s she did, and was bested, which is why she's making those comments now.

She has nothing left.

Maybe you can take her employees to hooters.

Maybe you should witness one of her "ethical, grown up court performances" and see how you feel she can handle governing this state. If she does not get her way she stomps her foot and throws a tantrum and INTIMIDATES PEOPLE WITH PRISON if she does not get her way.

You mean AFTER Allen Weh called her a career politician, right? Certainly you and a small mental lapse there...

Well it's evident that Duane Barbati and the Las Cruces Sun News are biased towards Susana Martinez.

But why are we, the TAXPAYERS, paying for Susana Martinez's District Attorney salary, when she's out campaigning for governor? She should be in her office trying to reduce the "overload" and campaign on her own time.

If Susana's campaigning on OUR tax dollar time, this should be clear of what she would do as governor on OUR tax dollars.

Same could be said for the lame excuse we currently have as Lt Gov, Diane Denish. Maybe because its allowed - ya think?

Hmmm. Slander? Her tirades and vengeful behavior are a matter of record. Her vendettas against people who have escaped her attempts to "punish" them are legendary in Dona Ana county. If anyone wants to see her in action all they have to do is go to court....wait...she does not do that job anymore and is still on the payroll...well, just ask any defense attorney in town about her professionalism and hateful tactics. It is not like this is any secret in Las Cruces.

"I don't get elected four times because I am not doing my job well."

No, you get elected because you intimidate anyone who dares even consider running against you, threatening them with any dirt you can find or make up.

Wait till she gets more out of state money and the negative campaigns and ads against Denish will be coming. Susana isn't dumb, she's only taking the "high road" for now, because its the cheap road.

Lol, it would appear that Susana Martinez has prosecuted several who are now very unhappy with her running for higher office, as evidenced by their negative posts here towards her. The more crap you post, the more it tells me she's doing her job as DA Co. DA and will also do a wonderful job as NM's next Governor!

Go Susana!!!!!

Martinez is looking to repeal New Mexico's medical marijuana program which is already one of the strictest in the nation. It's not good when an elected official stands between a doctor and his patients.

Well, considering Denish is out doing the exact same thing and our supposed Governor is out traveling as well, WHO IS RUNNING THE STATE???
