Do you really think an FPD officer could write something like that?

Would you rather them get drunk and shoot you? Writing poems is a good thing. Nobody dies. Everybody goes home to live and write another poem or chapter in ones life.

Money well spent.
I don't know who the author is, but that's funny right there, I don't care who you are....

If in fact a po-leez wrote the poem, I do believe he/she has all the makings to be the next chiefeeweefee. That takes some thought.

Mr. Runnels is a very decent person who has given his time to serve an ugly hateful place, farmington,nm. He is a very knowledgeable individual who has taught many at San Juan College. I wish you well Mr. Runnels and enjoy your retirement, you have earned it. Not everyone thinks that what is written in the paper is correct.

What planet are you on?
They say, "Where there's smoke there's fire...where there's booze, there's a drunk". Sorry, you gave me a huge window....you are naive to believe that what he taught you in that class was 'gospel'. Did you ever stop and think that there are other knowledgeable people out there that have more credibility?

Wasn't Runnels paid (VERY WELL) for doing his job in his CHOSEN field? What else could he have done that would have been as lucrative. If nothing, why do we OWE him anything, including appreciation, and what did he sacrifice? I worked in and was very well compensated in my chosen field for +/-40 years. When I retired, the company owed me nothing & I owed them nothing. The only profession we owe a lifetime DEBT and appreciation to is our Military people that are underpaid and exposed to danger at all times.
You are an idiot. All you have to do is follow this link to see how many police officers died last year, in the line of duty. Just because you did'nt lose one in YOUR town doesn't mean that COPS are not in a war zone.

It is a VERY stressful, and dangerous job. Never underestimate what officers do for you.
