<quoted text>There is only one definition for the word and it doesn't change. YOU can "assume" whatever you like but the word means exactly what it meant when it was written. Your "assumptions" would make the constitution a worthless piece of paper.
Oh, really? Over the years, the definition of "speech has changed to keep up with times. From literal speeches made in the public square to texting while driving , the term has been expanded as technology dictates.
You already "assume" that freedom means that I have the freedom to do as YOU say. Thank God the constitution and its clear and timeless language prevent people like you from "assuming" us into slavery.
I say only what the courts say. I don't make the laws. You think you do, but you don't make them either.
Thank God we have a court system that interprets that "clear and timeless language" and prevents people like you from "assuming" child porno is protected as free speech.

Don't make me call the front desk, PaintChips.
You know how unhappy you get when they confine you to your room.
There ya go, talking paint again. You really need to stop huffing it..it's not good for you.

In the meantime, call up whatever front desk you want to. Let us know how it goes when the toluene buzz wears off.

The U.S. Constitution is a document that puts limits on government power, not on individual rights. The 10th amendment states that what's not specifically spelled out in the constitution and bill of rights is left to the states and the people.
Talk about a "limp wristed" excuse. Geez! Restated your response becomes "it's my constitutional right to my sell guns because it's not spelled out in the constitution".
How funny!
Well good. I say it's my constitutional right to shite in your face because it's not spelled out in the constitution. Open wide!

That's the problem with liberals like you. You don't understand constitutional rights. Somehow, you equate bathroom functions with selling a product, and then you make the leap that committing assault is a constitutional right. There is no logic in what you say, which is way people with even minimal knowledge of constitutional rights constantly walk all over you in debate.

We can forgive you your ignorance, because even the ignorant can learn. But assault? No. You try to shite in my face, and I will utilize my 2nd Amendment rights to their fullest, for the purpose they were intended.

...but...but...but I't s my constitutional right to shite in your face. YOU said so. In spite of that you would infringe on my right by using your right and maurader says you can't do that. Resoprocity or something, you know.
Also, shitting in your face is not an assault. It is merely a demonstration of my right and doesn't take away any of your rights. Same as your demonstration of your 2nd right when you walk around your house and pet your guns. Geez! Lighten' up dude. All I want to do is exercise my right.
Now that you're open wide swallow when I tell you to.

You know he really is very obtuse. As in unable to noodle things out. He thinks he's to smart to be controlled, yet if you read the little series he and I were involved in I lead him right to the trough over 4 or 5 posts, and he never realized what was going on.

I noticed what you were doing. He really bit. Lol. Well done.

I was doing something similar with the forced ID thing. He bit there too. And I've watched barefoot do the same thing with him.

It's pretty funny.

You see? there is the reciprocation thing again, you're within your rights until you violate the rights of someone else. Let's assume that all of the other venders of firearms file a class action law suit citing unfair business practices and put Wal Arms out of business. Remember free enterprise?
Socialist.

That's just free enterprise at work.

Let me know when you present your argument before the Supreme Court. We can't wait to hear their response.

I guess you've never heard the legal argument that the right to swing your arms ends when it contacts someone else's face. Apparently most of you liberals have never heard of it. Well, now you have, so hopefully you won't make that same mistake again. In the meantime, please accept my thanks for your admission that you, too, have completely lost this argument. I'll be back if and when you come up with something interesting for me to respond to. In the meantime, it's 4th of July, so I'm going out to practice my Constitutional rights by popping off a few (hundred) rounds. Might even sell a gun! Now you liberals go read your Declaration of Independence and your U.S. Constitution, because a mind is a terrible thing to waste on liberalism.
