So Mr. & Mrs. Cavasos you would rather sit by and watch your horses slowly starve to death than admit you can't afford to feed them? How about we put you in jail and not feed you? Let you beg for food like I'm sure your horses must have begged! People who do things like this should be strung up like the old days!!
