okay now the guy claims self defense. Hum he picks Steven up takes him to a secluded area for a dicussion and he has a gun on him. Sounds more like premediated murder to me. A gun verse a fist. Now that is fair. Now he will never get the money or what ever he wanted out of Steven. The only thing he will get is alot of time behind bars. Does this make any sense. I feel for both of these families.
