Subway in Blakely

I use to go to Subway 2-3 times a week. Has anyone else noticed the Nasty attitude that the manager has? She looks like you have ruined her life by walking in to get a sandwich. She never smiles or talks. I will NOT be back until she is gone. Does anyone know how to get in touch with the owner? The rest of the staff is very friendly.

she is not there to smile nor talk to u.if ur looking for someone to talk and smile may i suggest mental health

Wow, so you don't believe in good customer service? Do you not enjoy going to a place where you feel welcome? I want people to smile and greet me when I go into a restaurant. But of course that's just me. But hey, if you want attitude, then you should be set around here.

Get your sandwich and get the hell out of the way. Customers are waiting and we don't want to stand there all day waiting on you to get your smile, greeting, and small talk. I want her to fix my sandwich, put the items I want on it, and get me on my way. You can come back in around 2 or 3 when they ain't busy and just get all the smiles you want

Well I wasn't talking about having a lengthy conversation for God's sake! But I sure don't want someone making my sandwich who acts like they would rather have a hot poker in the eye than wait on a customer. There is a certain way to treat people when you work in customer service. And not making eye contact or greeting them is definitely not the way to be.

That is one of the reasons why people don't want to "own" a business dealing with hiring the public. You employee people who only wants a paycheck who also has a shitty attitude. No wonder the Indians own it now. No one wants to deal with people who don't have degrees, anymore!!

I am sure that you are not employeed to deal with the public. Maybe Public assistance. You attitude stinks too.
