If the easement was forced, if the R/W was greater than the legal maximum of 20 feet, and if Ella didn't initial the handwritten addition to the agreement, it seems to me that at least several irregularities surround the transaction.

This property has more history than a French whore. A lot of people are involved and United is right slap dab in the middle. When the law suits start here like they have elsewhere you can bet this will be one of the first. Local attorneys won't buck United and it's directors but the big city lawyers just love to. That's where the big bucks are. Justice sometimes waits but it never forgets.

You hit the nail on the head. I am surprised that Lamar would run again for commissioner with all the nooses around his neck. He should have bowed out like JW Payne.

Guess he was more concerned about how Peter was going to pay Paul.

His campaign website is a joke. He needs to have a FULL PAGE just for all his accomplishments of his illegal activities.

Going through documents today I came across what was presented to the courts by Cary Cox on behalf of his client Lamar Paris the plaintiff. The Defendant is Ella Mae.
"Plaintiff having made application for an interlocutory injunction in this cause and a hearing having been had on said application, and it appearing to the court that if the Defendant is not enjoined from closing the road, the Plaintiff will SUFFER IRREPARABLE HARM and INJURY, and will CONTINUE TO SUFFER ADDITIONAL IMMEDIATE and IRREPARABLE HARM and INJURY, including but not limited to MONETARY LOSS and WORK STOPPAGE."

Lamar had 80 acres showing on his taxes from 1989 to 1999.
On 7/26/1994 on the survey by Rochester it says: add road tie and add show 25í R/W.
On8/7/1998 on the survey done by Rochester it says: Add acreage seal and signature.

When Lamar sells the property he now has TWO R/Wís over Ella Maes Property one on the east side and one on the west side. PLUS Lamars land went from 80 acres to 95.374 acres.
Just how did that happen????? Maybe Lamar will explain this to the tax payers. We would like to know.

That poor woman. Do you know that I talked to her once? She said she had lived in fear since that day. It was just before she died. She said she was scared of Mr Paris. She said he's the reason she started locking her doors. Poor poor woman. Some people are just plain mean.

Why don't MV do a story about this in his next paper. Lamar would have to defend himself and at least try to come up with a believable Lie. How about it MV.?
