* informational video.

* legal analysis and info video.

* I like this last one. Small town in Colorado is voting on an Ordinance to allow "Drone Hunting".

QUESTIONS / SURVEY:

Q1: Do you think Counties in North Georgia should pass laws to make Drones illegal in County Airspace?

Q2: Do you think Counties in North Georgia should pass laws enabling citizens to shoot down drones if they are within say 100 feet of their private residences?(or some predefined distance)

Q3: Do you like the idea of drones used for survelliance in American Airspace on Citizens?

Q4: If the government started mass producing and using drones to spy on Americans, do you support a Citizens right to defend his/her privacy by shooting it down?

NOTE: Gilmer County Commissioners tried to sneak in a "Drone Airbase" that was going to be used for Regional Drone Testing in mountainous terrain. It was part of the Nationwide testing the government is conducting preperatory to their stated intent to put 30,000 Observation Drones in American Airspace. Some of our Gilmer County friends that are helping look into Lamar Paris' behavior were also the people responsible for KILLING that Drone Airbase. Thanks Guys!

Do you think that private citizens have the right to take pictures in public?

Do you think that private citizens have the right to take pictures from public right of ways of private property?

If you could make a financial gain from the use of drones should that free market right be infringed?

If cameras became common place and were used to photogragh private property from public right of ways, should the property owner have a right to shoot the camera operator?

Does the 2nd Amendment provide for the right to possess a laser cannon to protect the air space above my private property?

Drones are already being used in our everyday lives and I saw on Fox news that Amazon is experimenting with using them for deliveries. Just like everything else in our lives it all boils down to the ethics of the operator. When you outlaw them you open up a new illegal enterprise. What needs to be done is laws implemented to keep the owner and operator at bay.

We kicked them out of Gilmer County at the beginning of the year. If a group of 8 people can do this, anything is possible.

We were a group of 8 but our group of 8 quickly turned into a multi-state co-op. It didn't take long for Steve Justice, Director, Center of Aerospace and Innovation to get quiet the interdiction to the people of Gilmer County.

Keep in mind, this was supposed to be private meetings with Justice and the Commissioners.

Interesting comparison: Shooting down unmanned drones vs shooting unarmed private citizens?

Seriously? How interesting it must be to live in your brain.

How can a comment, such as the two I posted gain the "clueless" icon?!

Come on, if you're going to say that someone is clueless, at least put up a good argument as to why someone is clueless.

He already has. This issue was discussed at some length back in June of 2012.

It opened with the following link;

and continued cititing a couple of my opening postings:

and on and on to almost 100 postings.

Certainly the issues isn't dead, as it arises again.

Using your logic there doesn't appear to be much difference between drones and private citizens with a camera since each is invading the privacy of a property owner. In fact, based on the bias of your questions it appears that you feel the only purpose of a drone is for spying on American citizens.

"Some of our Gilmer County friends that are helping look into Lamar Paris' behavior were also the people responsible for KILLING that Drone Airbase."

That'd be the Tea Baggers, no surprizes there.

You might want to browse the above document issued by the FAA relative to "Drones". There are 25 sites in 24 States competing for the 6 test sites, GA is one of the States in the competition.

It's odd that Union County sheriff Tommy Duncan, and his Chief Deputy son, had to serve time in federal prison for illegal wiretaps. But Drones watching you are OK.
