Look at what I wrote dimbulb. Plus that picture came off goofys Facebook wide open and available to the world. There's no libel there. The first poster is in a world of hurt if they're wrong though.

You know what is so sad? Blairsville used to be a very close, loving community, and now it seems all anyone wants to do is bash people who are in trouble, instead of suggesting or requesting we pray for them, whether they are guilty or not. These people talked about on topix, they all have families involved here, and heavy, sad hearts. What has happened to Blairsville? Everyone in this community knows someone, or is related to someone who is in some sort of trouble now. What has happened to the prayerful hearts? Have they all melted and turned to stone? Be careful of the mean words you sow, for what they reap-is it worth the price?

Here is legal criteria for libel. Notice, pictures are included in libel cases.
http://www.personal-injury-info.net/libel-def... While the student teacher wouldn't have a case, you really screwed up by being totally irresponsible for including the minors and McD's. I suggest you give a heart-felt public apology to the girls and McDonald's. This might help in keeping you out of some very hot water.

Maybe the "very close" were those that were in the in-crowd or had a friend that was in the in-crowd so those could close ranks. Maybe the others that were in the out-crowd were not so lucky. Maybe the out-crowd is reacting or over reacting to being in the out-crowd for so long.

this is so sad. someone has so much hatred for another that they resort to middle school antics to try and hurt someone. true, isaac isnt a minor but he is still very young and has a lot of learning to do. his parents are very good and respectable people and im sure they are hurting enough without their sons pic posted on topix. that is just low as it gets. if i were the parents of the other 2 girls i would be disgusted and irate that i wouldnt even be able to see straight. what sucks the most is, it cant be removed and you cant count on topix to remove it just because someone reported it. people make mistakes, plain and simple. i have never seen so much absolute guile in my whole life. anytime anyone makes a slip up, you can count on the demons on topix to crucify you.
you people can rest assured that one day, sooner or later, you will be the victim of this kind of thing and i hope then you will have at least a small idea of how emotionally damaging this is to people.
Is this the same person (Ingram) who was involved with a married woman?

I stumbbled upon this topic, and I see the point that a picture has been posted of innocent minors and I completely understand the outrage over that point. The pic with minors should be taken down, BUT why isnt anyone upset over a teacher coming to work to teach these same children under the influence. to me that is a bigger outrage, and should be addressed more.

This doesn't surprise me at all and nor do I doubt the story. How he was ever let into the school system is beyond me! Look at his past arrests and if you ever knew a thing about him you'd understand. He still thinks he's in high-school..so he lives like it! Eventually, you've got to GROW UP! He did have a lot going for him but bad choices, decisions, & actions have completely ruined his life. Now, who knows what his future looks like! Probation for sure, so good luck trying to find a profession. I have no idea why a parent hasn't already called the school board and made a compliant! He shouldn't be working with students in the first place due to his past record. I understand people make mistakes but you don't keep making them over & over again. All the highschool kids understand who he is & what he does. I think this is sad..but you have to lay in the bed you made..

Hello Everyone,
I know this is a very incendiary topic right now, and I want to publicly apologize for what my son did, and he will make his own public apology as well. The real Isaac Ingram is a wonderful and very good person, but as we all know, one wrong choice can lead to a really difficult life, if not totally end it. This is to the youth of Union County-don't think you can ever once take anything, not even once, and control it. We are learning of more and more families that are having to deal with this problem, and alcohol is just as bad. Isaac has been trying to find his way back to himself, and with God's help and his family's love and support, we have all faith that he will make it. By any means his family does not condone his behavior or his actions, but Union County School System is by no way responsible for his behavior, only Isaac is. Isaac has a lot to face up to, and we are just thankful he is alive to face charges, and we had much rather see his picture in the paper or in the Busted magazine than to read his obituary in the paper or watch his memorial video. Parents, please, take note of this. The more his father and I find out, the more scared we become of just how close we may have come to losing our beloved son. Please be ever so watchful, even if they are 20 something. God can take this and turn Isaac's life into a wonderful testimony when the time is right. Until then, we apologize again for what has transpired, and we ask everyone for your prayers for Isaac's recovery.

I am so sorry that your family is facing this. Isaac is a dear friend and loving human being. We are praying for his continued recovery. It's just so sad that people post such cruel things about a person. None of us are without sin, NOT ONE! God will get the victory in this situation and Isaac will have a victorious testimony. Keep believing!

God bless your family and he will see you all through. If more parents acknowledged issues instead of enabling the bhavior or burying their hand in the sane, there would be less fatal statistics and tragedies with our youth. It took a strong heart and faith to stand up and say what you have. As for the nay sayers and critics who pretend to lead a perfect life, God will have his will as well. Bless you all and prayers:)
