Does this look like the work of a coward ? David is anything but a coward . And he is not even from Union county . The best I can see is David is using only open records to bring a charge . Super job David . The people are sick and tired of Lamar and the corruption but until now knew not how to rid the public of this slim .Ten dollars has gone a long way . I will send ten more .

Reading the covenant that Lamar and his homeowners agreed upon-- it states on the very first regulation

“1. Land use: Lots or tracts shall be used for single family residential purposes only.”

Doesn’t sound like farm land was intended there. Looks like tax evasion pure and simple.

Perhaps the originator of this Discussion can explain how the Restrictive Covenants apply to the two parcels being discussed.

You are correct. I do not see a link from you showing the plats you reference either.
'Course I'm not the one who started this Discussion with a link to a 'research report' based on incomplete data.

Neither of the plats I mentioned - Riverbend Subdivision (J/177) and Riverbend II Subdivision (P/110)- are available online since they were recorded prior to 1990, but are available at the Clerk's office. All of the deeds for the subdivisions in question clearly make reference the original subdivision plats (and subsequent individual lot surveys in some cases).

Typically the type of notation that you mention, "Reference Plat by North Georgia Land Surveyor for Lamar Paris (Riverbend II S/D)", is a surveyor's notation which references the source of data for parcels that lay adjacent to the subject parcel. This source data for adjacent parcels is used to establish (and check) boundrary lines for the subject parcel.

I would think a so called lawyer would know that a wife can not be forced to testify against her husband

It seems that Oh My is Lamar's wife. The poster seems to know more than the average Joe about the internal workings of the county and uses wording that the county would use.

Actually, ALL the data needed to prosecute and convict Dinah Paris was included. It was 100% complete, and covered every allegation made.

You seem to be alluding to other allegations not made. I am only concerned with prosecution and incarceration for the allegations as they exist.
No, my question has been:
How did you determine that the parcels you are discussing are within a subdivision?

Some might consider this a "trick" question,
designed to "trap" the unwary,
it is not.
