Read what David wrote about his past.
Of course, he made excuses for his crimes as most who commit them do. It is always someone else's fault. The Devil made him do it!

"He stated he wanted a retraction about the armed robbery, what about the other two allegations?
They are absolutely correct. No problem there."

As a young man with landscaping business, after customer refused for months to pay, I attempted to steal equipment from her garage as cost replacement. It was dumb.

The habitual violator was the result of an alcoholic youth that came to a halt when my 1st born son died of SIDS, and I went on a several year drinking tear. The 3rd DUI (no wrecks or accidents involved) ended me with a 1 year guest pass to the county jail. Best thing that ever happened to me.

Ain't it funny how when you tell the truth, you got nothing to hide, nothing to be ashamed of. Unless of course you worry about all the "Christians" that'll crucify you for your past sins :)

Any more questions? As for me I think I'll sit back and watch the fun as the holier than thou's that have spotless pasts start gathering stones to toss :)

It seems David isn't so smart. He lives in a rented home, doesn't own his own, but is a real estate advisor.

Has a criminal history.

I don't believe the man is all that! Do you?

Each time David or Mountain Voice posts, I forward it to TOPIX LLC. It seems if MV was so badly abused and insulted, he would NEVER post on TOPIX, but, NO, the man and ACOG (along with uninformed opinion and others) try to dominate the forum with their own personal agenda which turns off other people in the community who no longer post on TOPIX.

Are you enjoying yourself?:)

I am :) You see... you can spin and spin and spin some more.... and you can gather an army of people to support you, and you can back yourself with a Mighty Giant thats all scary to normal people, and you can yell and shout and call names and threaten.

But in the end... I still defeat you. God wins.

God always wins in the end. Good triumphs. Evil loses.

People that cheat on taxes or screw widows out of their property always get paid back. Banks that destroy families have their own families destroyed. People that invest in evil, have evil turn on them.

And people that call a Lie, The Truth, always in the end wail and gnash their teeth, and go down to the pit with their father.

And I come and go, as I always have throughout the ages.

And it is good that it is so.

By the way... don't you realize how obvious it is that it is simply Driving You Nuts that you can't stop me from digging into all the land deals in Union County!?!!?

AND that as we get closer to the unveiling date of "exposed", that you are becoming clearly more agitated. I wonder what it is like to be a monster, hiding behind anonymity, alone in your house, and in your office, knowing that soon everyone will know you for what you are, and that you will lose everything.

Go write a story.

"The Truth", why does any of this matter?

If someone says the 1 + 1 = X, does "X" change based on what that person did in the past?

If a felon says the truth ("1 + 1 = 2"), does the fact that a felon said it somehow make the truth no longer the truth?

I won't support "The Mountain Voice" because of the quasi-religious content on the website, intermingled with Bible text that gives no credit to the Bible as the source. It is insulting to me as a Christian. But that doesn't mean MV and I won't agree on some things, from time to time.

The truth supersedes individuals, their actions, and and their agendas. What people say or write only matters to the extent of how close (or far) it is to the truth.

We have people in Union County throwing stones WHILE the same people in Union County keep voting in the same ELECTED OFFICIALS and ghee just how many DUIíS do they have.

We could name names here but we wonít. You think they are so great you keep reelecting them.

Well, David has the vote of the ACOG and we think he makes a mighty fine official leader. He has our vote for many years to come. At least he has made a difference to this community for the better.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK DAVID. THANKS!

How many elected officials in Union County did you vote for that has several DUI's? I guess the devil made them do it too but they are now fine Elected Officials.

Put another way:

All I'm paying attention to is the claims and supporting evidence. So when someone starts trying to muddy the waters with irrelevant stuff, that seems like an act of desperation and makes me think "Why are YOU so scared?"

Attempts to muddy the waters with irrelevant distractions by attacking the credibility of an accuser (a common defense attorney's trick) only lends credence to the possibility that there really might be something amiss here.

The only valid defense is proof to the contrary or a public admission of a "mistake" (by someone, not necessarily the land owner) along with immediate retribution, if applicable.

Yes, people CAN and DO change. If it makes David a better person to indulge in his religion after what he's been through, so be it. Some people NEED religion (a road map) in their lives.

Yes, they certainly can, and I know someone personally who has.

But...that doesn't matter here. Whether he's changed or not is irrelevant. It shouldn't matter, even if he was charged with another DUI tomorrow.

It wouldn't matter if the person bringing the info to our attention was a serial killer locked away for life.

If a serial killer said the name of our town is Blairsville, we wouldn't doubt the name of our town all of the sudden (...would we?).

I am not a Christian. Not a Jew. Not a Mulsim. etc etc..

God dwells in me, AS ME.

Religion is simply a tool to keep those who have not yet found the path to God, firmly in line. Unfortunately, most religions have nothing to do with God.

I sometimes get a kick out of people thinking I am a Christian. Or a Republican. Or a Democrat.

i am david. God dwells in me, AS ME.

Talk about spin! Wow!
Well, Mr. "God" David, I'm not exposed, I'm not Lamar, I'm not anyone who hides or is alone. You are the joke and person who is always posting on TOPIX. It appears your life lacks.

Have fun, people, as you entertain each other.

"i am david. God dwells in me, AS ME. "

And that is approaching blasphemy.

Yet...it has no bearing on my interest in the tax discrepancies or anything else related to possible government corruption. None at all.

It seems strange to me that our Govenor was facing ethics charges in congress and was then elected govenor and the courthouse is trying to discredit a man because of 3 DUI's and a mistake he made at 20. Well do we really want to go into the drinking habits of some of our officials both county and city. The courthouse needs to stick to the revelant questions of the loss of confidence in our elected officials. That would make more sense than throwing stones that will only come back to haunt you. I have problems with the man's religious beliefs but I respect his right to believe what he wants.

I am a felon. And I don't care. HA!!

Throw another stone. While you're at it, read some reports, a letter I've got circulating, etc.

http://tinyurl.com/3ddv3g3

I say let's go get Ms Ella Mae her land OR money that's been stolen from her, and then go get everybody else's land and money that's been stolen, and return it.

Boy, I sure do cause a fuss don't I?

PS... can anyone tell me when the next public meeting of Lamar's is? Date / Time? I'm feelin a bit froggy.
