What I really loved about the news coverage is Diane Sawyer's commenty on the news last night that the 19 y/o brother aka terrorist will receive the best of care in a Boston hospital. Maybe, the 8 year old DEAD victim, Martin Richards, would have liked to have that opportunity, too.

Why do we need to be attacked from without when there are so many enemies like you from within.
We are the greatest country in the world, warts and all.

Besides, the 19 y/o kid in the boat would have likely bled out if the 1000 different law enforcement people hadn't 'captured' him. Law enforcement didn't find the kid after locking down an entire town and holding them hostage all day. A lone man noticed something wrong with his neighbor's boat and found the kid bleeding from previous injuries. The man lifted the tarp and saw the kid inside the boat bleeding. Why didn't the kid shoot the man? Good question, isn't it?
Why do you hate America?

Thank God many victims of the Boston Bombings had that liberal socialist commie Romney Care in Mass. to help pay their medical bills.

Even better, thanks to Obama Care, they won't lose medical insurance when their bills hit $1,000,000.

Ain't it great when rational policies are available to help our fellow Americans.

Boston victims face lifetime of medical bills
By Melanie Hicken @CNNMoney

Boston Marathon bombing victims are expected to incur millions in medical bills.

More than $30 million has been donated for victims of the Boston Marathon bombing.

Yet it may not be nearly enough to cover the years of medical bills for those injured.

Massachusetts, where many of the more than 260 victims live, mandates residents have health insurance. But even those with coverage could face major out-of-pocket costs.

Lifetime dollar limits were eliminated under the Affordable Care Act.

"This will unfortunately be with them their entire lives," said Praveen Subramani, who organized a crowdfunding campaign for his friend's parents Ann and Eric Whalley, a retired Boston couple. Eric Whalley suffered brain trauma as well as nerve damage in his foot that may require an amputation, while Ann Whalley has undergone skin grafting and will require a bone graft.

The average cost for a day in a U.S. hospital is $4,287, and those with severe injuries often encounter even higher bills.

Patients with traumatic brain injuries face average per-day costs of $8,034 for acute care and $2,227 for inpatient rehab.

Treatment costs for the most severely injured could total hundreds of thousands of dollars or more, according to Neil Jordan, director at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.

Beyond hospital and rehabilitation costs, many of the injured will lose out on months of income while they recover. And for the more than a dozen who lost limbs, their injuries will mean a lifetime of prosthetics and other costs that mount up quickly.

Over a lifetime, healthcare costs for an amputee can top $500,000, he said. In addition, some victims may have to pay for modifications to their home and car, which can cost tens of thousands of dollars more.

Twenty states, including Massachusetts, have passed fair insurance laws for amputees, which require a certain level of coverage for prosthetic care. In these states, insurance typically covers at least 80% of costs.

In the 30 states without laws, coverage can be much worse, with some prosthetic coverage caps as low as $2,500 per year.

If Immigration laws were enforced they probably wouldn't be any victims.

Oh to live in a perfect world.

Ronnie Ray-Gun,(who decided to violate a few dozen federal laws), arrested and prosecuted for illegally selling missiles to Al Queda and other terrorists, and using the money to hire mercenaries to murder Ray-Gun's political enemies in Central America;

and

George Bush arrested pursuant to warrants issued by the International Court and prosecuted for war crimes, including wiretapping, eavesdropping, kidnapping, torture, and murder;

and

All employers who hire illegal aliens imprisoned.

Well, on the bright side, at least, thanks to Mass. version of Obama Care, and federal Obama Care, the victims may be able to afford the medical care they need.

we also kept this POS family up for 10 years, the Tsarnaev family received $100,000 in foodstamps, section 8 housing, etc. Hell the taxes you and I paid in probably purchased supplies to build the bomb(student grants). And our lovely president, with so much time on his hands, calls a guy to congratulate him for coming out of the closet. Something is so WRONG with all of this!!!!

Agreed.

Those brothers shouldn't have received a dime, let alone $100K.

But what is worse is paying up to $50 Million U.S. taxpayer dollars to politicians, warlords, and the Taliban.

Is that the ultimate in ironic lunacy ? To spend Billions to attack the Al Queda and the Taliban, and pay the Taliban to enable them attack us.

Damn.. the war profiteers must have been jumping with joy as profits exploded.

.... For more than a decade, the CIA — using suitcases, backpacks, even plastic bags — has made monthly cash payments to the offices of President Hamid Karzai amounting to tens of millions of dollars.

One Karzai aide called it “ghost money” because “it came in secret, and it left in secret,” although now that it has been reported publicly Mr. Karzai has owned up to it.

The payments morphed eventually into a steady stream of cash to buy agency influence at the presidential palace and to cover such off-the-books costs as buying the loyalty of warlords and politicians, many of whom have ties to the drug trade — and even, in some cases, to the Taliban.

Gotta love it.

We taxpayers get to pay for both sides of a war that was lunacy to begin with.

But hey... GE, Halliburton, Goldman Sachs, and General Dynamics profits exploded - so it was money well spent.

It amazes me that the bigger an ass hole you are the more you can get from the Govt. People who really need help can't get it and are made to feel ashamed but let a fat cat go in and they can't throw enough money at him. We have our own fat cats and they have millions but take from deserving individuals. We all know who they are and what they deserve but it will be up to a higher authority to level the field.
