Can anyone recommend a good boat mechanic?
I have a 25 h.p. outboard Johnson that needs the seals replaced on the bottom unit at the propeller.

I would try lake chatuge marina... Have never had work done there, but do buy my Johnson oil there, as they are the only place in the area who carry it... Very nice people, who have owned that marina/repair shop forever... Good luck...

I'll bet your Johnson hasn't been cranked in quite a while, that's your problem. But the issue off the seals on your bottom leaking, that's another story.
