Info on old mill on Butternut Creek?

When the water is down on the creek and Nottley River, I have seen what sure looks like and old mill site on the creek, just upstream of the river. Rocks on the Meeks Park side of the river are cut straight and plumb. There was apparently a dam across the creek there.

Anyone know any history on this?
