I don't think we fit their demographic requirements yet. Do you think enough people will pay $4 for a cup of coffee around here?

But yeah, I like Starbucks coffee.

Never. I only support locals, not chains. If Starbucks came it might hurt my friends who own coffee places. No one I know who go

I meant no one I know would go, not "who go"!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring on the Starbucks. I support local vendors too, but none can compare to a Starbucks. I think it's a wondermous idea!

Not looking so hot for the Pro-Starbucks crowd... I kinda thought people might be more receptive to the idea...

I rarely buy a coffee any where but sure wouldn't spend that kind of money for it.

I'd never go - I go to Grinds and Glazes if I want expensive coffee on the go - usually I make my own blend at home

Consider the source who post on forums. I'm sure Starbucks would be popular. The one in Ellijay is always busy. We stop there every time we are in the area. Not one place in this area knows how to fix a decent espresso, mocha, latte, or specility coffee.

I'm a starbucks barista the drives to blue ridge to work and I live in Blairsville. And I have more people than I can count ask me if there is a Starbucks in Blairsville. It would be awesome, and I'm positive it would go over well. :)

There is a Starbucks in Hiawassee, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Cleveland, Clarksville, and almost every small town in the mountains. Blairsville should have one, too.

I often shop at Ingles in Blue Ridge, so I can get a Starbuck's Venti Mocha. I'll go out of my way to visit a Starbuck's. I've drive to Ingles in Blue Ridge just to get a coffee.

Yes. I'd love one here and I'd be there at least once a day in the morning or evening for a coffee. The high school kids would love it, too.

Are the Starbucks in Hiawassee and Blue ridge located in the Ingles store?

So the same people who wouldn't support Starbucks because its not local, how often do you all go toWal-Mart?

Jobs are Jobs and when creation of them are very few you would think all would be happy for expansion.

So much for common sense!

They are always busy but I would never pay that much for coffee...guess the economy is not so bad if people can afford to pay that much for a cup of coffee..I have seen people that can't afford things go and buy coffee there, don't get it....??
Maxwell house and Folgers suit me just fine..To each his own...
