BANK REPORT: Insider real estate / loan activity

The following is an investigation into a Real Estate Transaction by United Community Bank, Inc.(UCBI / UCBID) Bank Officers: Jimmy C. Tallent (President & Chief Executive Officer), W.C. Nelson (Director), Robert L. Head (Director), and Thomas Gilliland (Secretary & General Counsel).

The Original Report was originally released to the FDIC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Atlanta Federal Reserve, Georgia Department of Banking and Finance in January of 2011. Copies of receipts and acknowledgement of report by agencies is included in a newly released and revised 53 Page Report (PDF) which can be found at the following web page:

http://tinyurl.com/3zax3kr

The report has been updated, and is being widely re-released. Submission to the SEC Whistleblower Division (which this has been discussed with in detail, and have expressed solid interest in the case), and to the Federal Department of Insurance Corporation - Office of Inspector General (FDIC-OIG) has now been completed, and proof of submission to those organizations has been included at the above website.

Want to know if Head and Nelson paid up on the loan. Should foreclose on them and see how they like it.

Whistleblower Award Program

On July 21, 2010, the President signed into law the "Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act" (the "Act"). Among other things, the Act establishes a whistleblower program that enables the SEC to pay an award, under regulations prescribed by the SEC and subject to certain limitations, to eligible whistleblowers who:

Provide the SEC original information about a violation of the federal securities laws, in writing, that leads to the successful enforcement of a covered judicial or administrative action, or a related action resulting in monetary sanctions exceeding $1 million.

Awards will be paid out of the statutorily-created Investor Protection Fund, which currently has a balance in excess of $450 million.

Allen Conley knows. He was court recorder in Union County for a long time. Look at land transactions going back decades and you see his name there. Lamar, Head, Nelson, and plenty of other big names that you see over and over on land transactions. Somebody knows things.

You see Cary Cox name everywhere to. Bet he knows things. He won't be one telling, but others might.

Its probably time folks started unburdening their souls. Some folks ain't gettin younger. They need to do the right thing. They'll be having to explain to the good Lord why they kept secrets they knows they shouldn of.

I like this that was written above. It rings true, and it created stillness in me, and led me back to something I was given long ago. I read it again and it showed me my path on this matter from here on. Perhaps it will serve as guidance to others.
Excerpt from: http://tinyurl.com/3fxvyjc
Chapter 3
1 Boldness is the fruit of
strength and courage. Born of
the seed of love, it knows not fear.
2 Gentleness and Meekness is it's
nature, but in joy it does roar.
Patience guides it, yet the walls
of Babylon do not slow it, nor
give it reason for thought.
3 Boldness runs the paths of peace;
the fires of the Spirit do burn
away all obstacles in its path.
4 Boldness is a sword that has
been tempered in righteousness
and shall not break in the hand of
the faithful. Truth is its strength.
5 Zeal does sparkle in the eyes of
the bold and causes fire to rise
in the souls of his friends. It is a
blinding light unto his adversaries.
6 The Holy Spirit of the LORD
does fly upon the wings of
boldness. They are shelter unto
the messengers of righteousness.
7 To pick this fruit is to begin
the battle against darkness.
It is worthy of the warrior,
yet is given freely to the weak.
I guess the Mountain told you to write this stuff, right?

Watching UCB unravel is like watching a daytime soap opera. Never know what tomorrow will bring. I do know that the folks listed above are being talked about in places that they would rather not be known in. Decades of dirty deals cannot be covered up in a month or two. Two of them are attorneys and should have known better.

Just read where the bank is going to sell off some more stock. Now just what Fund manager would invest in a failing bank unless they are being given some huge commissions. You would think the SEC would look into this since that is just what got us in this trouble to begin with.

Above at bottom of page I've added confirmation of receipt of my report to SIGTARP. General basis of report being:
1) United Community Bank is a TARP recipent that has not only not paid it back, they have missed interest payment schedule.
2) Officers and Directors of Bank are involved in a series of real estate and loan transactions that
bear scrutiny.
3) Should be determined if Head / Nelson (Directors of Bank which activities I believe are
covered under certain TARP guidelines) made
good on their guarnatees of the loan, which
defaulted - since this is money that could have
been applied to Interest payment on TARP.
Just warming up. You'd be amazed how many financial oversight agencies / divisions their are.
Come on over to Blue Ridge....you'll find a gold mine of "shady" dealings from Johnny Chastain & his band of thieves to Davy Haight, Billy Hyde, Zach Welch, Don Clement, the Lances, Brandon Holloway.... I could go on & on anout the special financing deals & "insider trading" that has gone on!! Not to
mention all the "friends & family" deals that have been passed along to a "select" few!!

I just hope something gets done...... Quite honestly, they've been doing the same thing that Adam, Rusty, & Tracy did @ APAB....it's just
taken longer for it to catch up w/these jokers!!!

The bigger they are the harder they fall!! You go Mountains Voice!!!

What? Because I make fun of a guy that says the Mountain talks to him... get over it. You go play some golf and blow off steam and I'll keep making fun of the whackos.

I'm usually tied up at this damn new business of mine for 12 - 16 hours a day, usually in front of the computer.. makes the stress more tolerable.
