Well, it's been 12-days since you received the first response, has it been uploaded yet.
It has also been 12-days since the filing of the second request, yet nary a peep on the substance of that response either.

Old ACOG must have forgotten that she's investigating the Tax Appraiser's office.

NO! ACOG did not forget but actually has a life. A new ORR was put in today. When all ORR get answered there will be a report given.

Have a nice day!

UPDATE: Two Open Records Requests have been put in, and two lengthy replies provided. Both sets of replies have been very helpful to understanding part of the process, but have also raised more questions, failed to answer other issues, and certain documents supplied have been incomplete.
As such a 3rd Open Records Request has been put in. We are hoping that this 3rd response should provide more clarity, although I have just noticed today that one final 4th request may be required in order to completely and finally ascertain all the facts available. Unfortunately the process has been stalled by the Appraiser's Office seemingly feeding out information slowly and incompletely. It is a common stall tactic of organizations being investigated, although we cannot say for sure that is what is happening here.
Lastly, it has become apparent that simply requesting Open Records Information won't be sufficient to properly conclude this matter. Georgia Code, Court Case Decisions and Tax Appraiser Official Rules & Guidelines all seem to indicate violations of procedure and law, and are being further researched. Information we've been given seems to support that. Favoritism by the Tax Office towards the Paris family is becoming evident from some of the documents provided, and there is of course the matter of "False Swearing" in which Dinah Paris signed off on a document containing false information given on a legally recorded document occurred.
What we have found so far is basically a mess, and I am going to wait until we get the last facts before I put out a final report.

The truth about what goes on in this county is that Linda is the biggest liar and idiot in the history of our county. Linda, you are a lunatic and may be in need of some severe mental evaluations and treatments.

You keep lying and lying and lying and lying. Where ever the heck it is that you came from please so back. They are missing their village idiot. We are tired of you being our village idiot. Go away.

UPDATE: I've been busy. Linda has been travelling a bit. One more Open Records request being filed. A few things have been made clear, but a final report is still going to be generated once the last piece of the puzzle is in, but so far it looks like there were serious wrongdoings that occurred. Hopefully this next week will bring finality to the array of facts involved. It will be an interesting twist on things unexpected is my guess :)

In the NGN 1/2/13 The Union County Tax Appraiser's office place a article on page 13A.
"The deadline is April 1,2013 for filing homestead and other specialized exemptions in the Union County Tax Appraiser's Office."
"Please be aware, if you do not apply by April 1st, you will NOT receive exemptions for the upcoming tax bill, NO exceptions."
Susie Phillips you set a precedence in Union County WHEN YOU signed Dinah and Lamar Paris personal residence at 246 Riverbend Rd application and questionaire for current assessment of BONA FIDE AGRICULTURAL PROPERTY. You signed the document on September 30, 2009 and wrote it BEGINS JAN. 1, 2009 Ends Dec. 31, 2018.
Now what did you write in the paper???? "NO EXCEPTIONS" You should have wrote "Unless you are the wife of the commissioner and this is Lamar's personal residence. But the precedence has now been set.
This document can be found in the courthouse Record book 814 page 691-692.
So if you don't make it in by April 1st refer back to this document. You should get the same fair treatment. That's what Union County is all about treating each and every individual citizen the same. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Now what is all this fuss about? I'm sure there is a perfectly good explanation.

theirs and coarse - Spelled fine but used in completely inappropriate ways from the meaning you intended. there's and course were the words you were looking for. You are a good example of the thick-browed, low intelligence, low wage person that believes the conspiracy theory dribble that gushes forth out of the mountain and his chief magpie, acog.

The first sentence should start with capitalization. "Spelled" should not be capitalized. The second sentence should start with capitalization and that sentence shouldn't end with a preposition. "Low wage" should have a hyphen.
