I'd like to work in that building. It is beautiful. Reminds me of the club house at the golf course. First class. Hey, I have my phone, internet, and cable with BRMEMC. Bets the hell out of Windstream.

If the EMC has to pay for the cleanup at their old facility, where hundreds of gallons of transform oil was poured into the ground, you can bet that electric customers will be hit with a new customer charge of some kind. That's the way out for those thieves( EMC tyrants)

Well one company will profit from the cold weather. Our great EMC will now be able to hire a couple of more idiots for the front office and put in that pool they have had to wait for. It will be a heated pool which I understand they will use gas since electric is so high.

Blue Ridge mnt. emc is out of hand. Their 4 day grace period after a late fee is unbeliveable. If they were a bank or credit card co. they would be shut down. Are all of their stupid employees related/inbred or just the ones on the recording and live customer service?(I would die if I heard my voice sound like that)
After 34 yrs. I got sick and was away. Upon my return I was told that my service would be cut off from the 10th.(It was due on the 6th) This was not a scam as I called them back.
Cobb Co. has a phone no.(888)292-8850 to call about questions regarding their customer's class action suit (settled for 98 million) and a web site www.cobbemcsettlement.com
They stated in the press that their practices were common and that other emc s were in for a rude awaking.
The reason that they are not regulated like other power co.s is that they are a non profit.(Someone is making one hell of a profit) They will tell you that you can't sue for damages because you are a member. BS
As a member you can do plenty. Contact your state reps and ask.

Well as I understand it, by what one of the ladies taking payments, she said that the price we pay is established by TVA every month.

Our country has turned to GREED, there is no accountibility in almost every sector, especially government, well there is, but it takes quite a bit of people and challanges to overcome the system they set up to protect themselves, and most people are just trying to survive !!

TVA sets the price they charge the EMC and they in turn add what they want to it. The service charge and other charges has nothing to do with the TVA. Other EMC's pay TVA and set their price lower. Course they don't have a building such as BRMEMC. Some one will have to pay for all that glitter and guess who that someone will be.
