ACORN, the criminal enterprise that Obama’s Justice Department refuses to investigate despite extensive evidence of fraud and corruption is guilty of a felony in yet another state…

Facing more than a dozen felony charges in Nevada, ACORN pleaded guilty to one count this week for illegally paying canvassers to register voters during the 2008 presidential campaign. The deal means that ACORN will avoid going to trial, which was scheduled for later this month in Las Vegas. A judge will determine the sentence on August 10, according to a spokeswoman for the Nevada Attorney General’s office, the prosecuting agency.

Since ACORN is a corporation, it will only be fined and there will be no prison term, the Attorney General’s spokeswoman told Judicial Watch. The fine is expected to be a maximum of $5,000. In November the ACORN supervisor overseeing the illicit Nevada voter registration scheme pleaded no contest to two counts of conspiracy…

Last fall a federal investigation revealed that the crime-infested community organization embezzled millions of taxpayer dollars for “housing counseling” and destroyed documents to hide the fraud. The probe, conducted by the inspector general for Housing and Urban Development (HUD) also determined that ACORN violated federal laws and policies by spending its “housing counseling” funds to pay the salaries of its employees, even after they were terminated.

Incredibly, the Obama Justice Department has failed to conduct a criminal probe of ACORN, which has assumed a new identity (“restructured” and “rebranded”) to shed its criminal history and keep its public funding. In fact, last spring Judicial Watch uncovered FBI records that reveal the Obama Justice Department actually killed a federal investigation of ACORN.

NEW YORK — A prosecutor's office says it has found no criminal wrongdoing on the part of three employees of the community organizers group ACORN caught on video advising a couple posing as a prostitute and her boyfriend.

The Brooklyn district attorney's office said Monday that its five-month inquiry is over and that no criminal activity was found.

The videos were made by conservative activists Hannah Giles and James O'Keefe, who used a hidden camera on visits to offices of the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

Since then, O'Keefe has been arrested after visiting Sen. Mary Landrieu's office in New Orleans.

According to Corelli, on August 1, 2008, her office received 1,200 ACORN voter registration cards from the Secretary of States office. Over 300 of these cards were rejected because of duplicates, underage, illegible and invalid addresses, which put a tremendous strain on our office staff and caused endless work hours at taxpayers expense. Corelli claimed the total cost of the extra work caused by ACORN corruption was $20,000. Likewise, Borges contended that:The organization ACORN during the summer of 2008 conducted a registration drive which has produced over 100 rejections due to incomplete forms and individuals who are not citizens Among the examples cited by Borges was a seven-year old child who was registered to vote by ACORN through the use of a forged signature and a fake birth certificate claiming she was 27-years old.
It's a shame you didn't do more research, with a just a it more effort you would've found this late breaking news item.

Course, this little tidbit has been brought to your attention before, care to comment on State Law that requires ALL voter Registration Forms to be submitted regardless of the validity of their contents.

"Because ACORN under state law was required to turn in all cards to registrars, the organization would identify at the top those identified as defective -- an effort to avoid the very complaints filed by Borges and Corelli."

Is it possible that Borges and Corelli are simply a couple of whining partisan hacks?

Two years later, ACORN cleared of voter-fraud charges

Following a two-year probe, state investigators have cleared the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now of charges of voter fraud brought by Republican registrars in Bridgeport and Stamford.

"The evidence does not provide a sufficient basis to determine that Connecticut ACORN had an institutional or systematic role in designing and implementing a scheme or strategy to fraudulently register or enroll electors ... prior to the November 2, 2008 election," read the recent report from the Elections Enforcement Commission.

Connecticut was one of several states where the liberal ACORN came under fire in the run-up to the 2008 elections.

...Because ACORN under state law was required to turn in all cards to registrars, the organization would identify at the top those identified as defective -- an effort to avoid the very complaints filed by Borges and Corelli.

You do understand the irony of your post ?

Wait ... You don't.

.... the federal government is estimated to bring in $34 billion next year ... According to The New York Times, the average borrowers graduate with $27,000 in debt.
...“While it has long been known that the government makes money on student loans, the numbers in the issue brief are surprising, Terry Hartle, senior vice president of the American Council on Education, told The New York Times.“If the numbers are accurate, the government will make more money on student loans than Ford makes on automobiles…

Let's see ...

A government program that helps poor kids get an education, improves the tax base, increases employment, lowers crime, promotes international competitiveness,

doesn't cost a dime, and actually makes a profit for the government.

Yep, only a tried and true Right Winger would chose that program to attack.

Lord, if you actually went to college I hope it wasn't in Georgia - please let have been in South Carolina - we couldn't stand the embarrassment.

Wow - debunking her took at least 8 minutes - here you are.

Let's see - an employee who never even worked in the state where she claims bad things happened,(in legal terms that called "incompetent to testify);
who is bitter ( she was fired); who is dishonest ( she was fired for being a dishonest thief - in legal terms that's called "crimes of "moral turpitude);
who can't get employment anywhere else (she has been unable to hold any job since ACORN fired her);
who is dependent on Right Wing money ( still unemployed); and
whose testimony was completely debunked by competent honest witnesses.

That was sooooooo tough.

Now this is where you pretend she still has a tiny shred of credibility.

Moncrief is an angry for being fired..

"Moncrief was fired in January" ...

Moncrief is dishonest and a thief ...

"after using a Project Vote credit card to pay for personal items."

Michael McDunnah confirmed ...

"This is a low-level administrative assistant who was fired for stealing."

On the stand, she acknowledged the incident and called it "a bad mistake."

Moncrief is unemployed and financially supported now by the Right Wing tools she lies for ....

"She is unemployed" ...

Moncrief is desperate....

"after short stints in two jobs since she was fired"

Moncrief never even worked in Pa.(Where she claimed to know what occurred)...

On cross-examination by ACORN lawyer Katheryn Simpson, Moncrief, who lives in Virginia, acknowledged that she had never worked on the registration drive in Pennsylvania.

Actually credible witnesses explained Moncrief was lying ...

Two ACORN officials from Pennsylvania took the stand after Moncrief and insisted that the group has policies in place to train new employees and to spot and flag applications that appear to be fraudulent.

Carol Hemingway, president of ACORN's Philadelphia chapter, yesterday called the suit a media stunt "to create voter-fraud hysteria and create a preemptive strategy to de-legitimize results of the upcoming election."

Now the Right Wing puts their faith in an unemployed, fired, ex-employee, who steals from her employer, and who never even worked in the state she aims to know all about. It must be because she's Black.

Two employees of the Republican-aligned Strategic Allied Consulting admit to forging voter registration forms
BY JILLIAN RAYFIELD

Two former employees of the consulting firm Strategic Allied Consulting, whose head Nathan Sproul has a history of legal issues as well as ties to the Republican Party, admitted to law enforcement that they committed voter fraud, the Associated Press reports.

From the AP:

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement reported Tuesday that the two ex-employees were charged with a third degree felony.

Strategic Allied Consulting was hired by Republicans to do voter registration drives in Florida and other states.

Rebekah Joy Paul submitted 20 fake voter registration applications, according to the FDLE, while Christian Davis Price submitted seven. Both alleged that they were told they would not get paid unless they submitted a certain number of applications, and Paul alleges that she was instructed not to register Democrats.

In Florida, there are still four pending cases against the firm, though an attorney for the company says the investigation is looking at at most six employees, so the probe is just a “tempest in a teapot.”

But Strategic Allied Consulting, headed up by infamous voter registration consultant Nathan Sproul, has a history of shady dealings and legal troubles related to voter fraud — a history that hasn’t stopped Republicans from continuously hiring the firm. In 2004, for instance, Lincoln Strategy Group, which is also headed up by Sproul, tried to pull votes away from John Kerry by trying to get Ralph Nader on the ballot. At the time the firm was employed by the national Republican Party.

In October 2004, in Nevada and Oregon, former employees of the Sproul-run Voters Outreach of America alleged that they witnessed staff members shredding registration forms from Democrats. At the time, the RNC had paid $500,000 to the group for voter outreach.

A Nevada Republican arrested for voter fraud in the 2012 election pled guilty and accepted a plea deal Thursday, forcing her to pay almost $2,500 and promise to stay out of trouble.

Roxanne Rubin, 56, a casino worker on the Las Vegas Strip, was arrested on Nov. 3, 2012 after trying to vote twice, once at her poling site in Henderson and then at a second site in Las Vegas. The poll workers at the second site said that she had already voted, but Rubin said that she hadn't and insisted on casting a ballot, which the poll workers refused to allow her to do.

'RNC Official' Arrested for Trashing Voter Registrations in VA Worked for Romney Consultant,

10/19/2012, 5:05am PT

A man working for the Republican Party of Virginia was arrested by the Rockingham County, VA Sheriff's office on Thursday and charged with attempting to destroy voter registration forms by tossing them into a dumpster behind a shopping center in Harrisonburg, VA.

"Prosecutors charged him with four counts of destruction of voter registration applications, eight counts of failing to disclose voter registration applications and one count of obstruction of justice," according to a report late Thursday afternoon from TPM's Ryan Reilly. More charges could be forthcoming, according to officials.

But there is more to the story, as evidence emerges to document that it ties in to a still-expanding nationwide GOP Voter Registration Fraud Scandal first reported in late September, after the Republican Party of Florida had turned in more than 100 allegedly fraudulent and otherwise suspect voter registration forms in Palm Beach County.

The story has continued to widen ever since, to a dozen Florida counties and several other states, now including Virginia, and even to the upper-echelons of the Republican Party itself.

The man arrested today was 23-year old Colin Small of Phoenixville, PA. As it turns out, he does not only work for the VA Republican Party. According to an online profile, he appears to be working for the Republican National Committee and, prior to that, served as an Intern for Congressman Mike Kelly (R-PA) in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Joseph Tanfani at the Los Angeles Times is reporting that Small was "working as a supervisor as part of a registration operation in eight swing states financed by the Republican National Committee."

He was first hired, says Tanfani, by Strategic Allied Consulting, the firm owned by the disgraced GOP operative and paid Mitt Romney political consultant, Nathan Sproul.

Even before this year's registration fraud scandal which began with Strategic in Florida, Sproul's companies have long been accused of, though never charged with, destroying Democratic voter registrations in election after election and state after state, going back to at least 2004. Despite that, Sproul was hired by the Bush/Cheney campaign in 2004, by the McCain/Palin Campaign in 2008, and by Romney during the Republican Primary cycle.

SACRAMENTO — The owner of a firm that the California Republican Party hired to register tens of thousands of voters this year was arrested in Ontario over the weekend on suspicion of voter registration fraud.

State and local investigators allege that Mark Jacoby fraudulently registered himself to vote at a childhood California address where he no longer lives so he would appear to meet the legal requirement that all signature gatherers be eligible to vote in California. His firm, Young Political Majors, or YPM, collects petition signatures and registers voters in California and other states.

Jacoby's arrest by state investigators
and the Ontario Police Department late Saturday came after dozens of voters said they were duped into registering as Republicans by people employed by YPM. The voters said YPM workers tricked them by saying they were signing a petition to toughen penalties against child molesters.

The firm was paid $7 to $12 for every Californian it registered as a member of the GOP.

ObamaCare provides millions of dollars in grants to hire community activists and others as "navigators" to assist individuals enroll in health insurance provided by state or federal exchanges and, according to recent reports, register people to vote. In a new rule proposed Wednesday, HHS lays out numerous guidelines for these "navigators", including paying them up to $48/hour for their work. The rule, guidelines and voter registration effort are a potential vehicle to resurrect ACORN or an ACORN-like entity.

One organization expected to take a lead role in distributing the funds and overseeing hiring is Enroll America, a new non-profit headed by Anne Filipic, a former Obama White House official under Valerie Jarrett. Filipic was also a senior staff member at OFA director and a former Obama campaign director. The organization was founded, in part, by Families USA, a far-left advocacy organization that lobbied aggressively for ObamaCare, a source at HHS told Breitbart News. Filipic has said she expects Enroll America to spend $100 million on the enrollment effort. A large percentage of this is likely to come from federal funds.

Ron Pollack, head of Families USA, has said their effort will be run like a "political campaign." Which has made many observers uneasy about the inclusion of voter registrations in the health care applications. LA Rep. Charles Boustany recently sent a letter to HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, asking why voter registration information was included. Boustany worried:

The position of the question could lead some to think voter registration is somehow tied to subsidy eligibility.

Requirements for "navigators" is that they have no existing insurance licenses or certifications, conflicting with several recently enacted state laws. They also must be attuned to racial, ethnic and cultural sensitivities, understand "underserved communities" and provide translation services for virtually every language. AARP, NAACP and SEIU are prominent members of Enroll America's advisory board.

One health expert with close ties to HHS told Breitbart News, "The navigator program, as evidenced by the leadership of Enroll America and yesterday's rule from CMS, will be a jobs program for unemployable Obama For America campaign volunteers and ACORN remnants."

If a state has its own exchange, the feds will give them grants to hire "navigators," if a state doesn't, the feds will provide direct employment. The effort is expected to hire 10s of thousands of activists in the coming months.

October 1st is the first day individuals can enroll for a program through the exchanges. The government, as a result, will have to hire and train tens of thousands of workers on the complex subject of health insurance over the next few months. Think of it as an enormous census program with less training for a more complex subject.

"Patriotic Right Winger" ?

Now there's an oxymoron.

That's about as silly a proposition as the "Bush Library".

Right Wingers hate America and everything for which it stands.

Now repeat the Right Wingers' Pledge:

"I pledge allegiance only to me and to my corporate Lords.
I demand we start ludicrous wars, but not using me or my kids, and that we cut taxes on those God loved enough to make rich, and dump the costs of our idiocy on our children.
I demand government cash and benefits for only me, and since I refuse to pay any taxes myself, let others support me.
One nation, under a white, male, Protestant God, "Old Testament only" who hates minorities, women, children, the sick and the poor, even more than I do"

It's a little long, but with the help of Fox Noise Newsbabes and Ol Rushbo - you can probably handle it.

If it gets too difficult, just get that Right Wing magnetic ribbon for your Arab Muslim supporting gas hog that reads

"America - who cares ?
It's all about me !

ORLANDO, Florida (Reuters)- South Florida is fighting a growing infestation of one of the world's most destructive invasive species: the giant African land snail, which can grow as big as a rat and gnaw through stucco and plaster.

More than 1,000 of the mollusks are being caught each week in Miami-Dade and 117,000 in total since the first snail was spotted by a homeowner in September 2011, said Denise Feiber, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Recently, it was revealed that one of these giant snails has been posting night and day on the Topix Forum website. Using the screen name "Informed Opinion", the snail's postings leave a trail of slime and excrement. Said an Agriculture Dept. spokesman, "The best way to rid ourselves of this obnoxious mollusk is by simply ignoring it".
