The ugly truth about that ‘great’ jobs report.....

A 7.8 percent today ties Bush’s worst unemployment month.

Damn, it would suck to be president if everyone was a Right Winger:

Right Wingers:
start two wars - and don't pay for them;
then hand out a $Trillion dollar tax cuts to the rich - and don't pay for them;
waste $Trillion a year on War Department to save us from boogymen;
and deregulate investment banks and insurance companies causing the near destruction of the entire world economy;

Now, when Obama has:
killed bin Laden;
saved G.M.
got us mostly out of Iraq;
is getting us out of Afghanistan;
the economy is slowly recovering;
and unemployment is dropping;

Right Wingers, their mouths and wallets stuffed with federal benefits, are still bitching.

Some countries may not deserve to be saved from the leaders they choose.

The BLS jobs numbers the GOP won't talk about
by Jon Perr

http://www.dailykos.com/story/2012/10/06/1141...

...In late 2008, Barack Obama's transition team led by Christina Romer and Jared Bernstein began planning the President-elect's response to the near collapse of the American financial system that fall. In readying what in February 2009 would become the $787 billion American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Romer and Bernstein estimated that unemployment would peak at 8 percent with the stimulus--and 9 percent without it.

Unfortunately, only much later did Obama's team--and the American people--learn just how catastrophic the U.S. economic situation was at the beginning of 2009.

As The Economist and the Washington Post's Ezra Klein explained, in early 2009 the American economy was not only in much worse shape than anyone imagined; it was literally on the brink of collapse. As The Economist explained the run-up to the passage of the $787 billion recovery program:

The White House looked at the economic situation, sized up Congress, and took its shot. Unfortunately, the situation was far more dire than anyone in the administration or in Congress supposed.
Output in the third and fourth quarters fell by 3.7% and 8.9%, respectively, not at 0.5% and 3.8% as believed at the time. Employment was also falling much faster than estimated. Some 820,000 jobs were lost in January, rather than the 598,000 then reported. In the three months prior to the passage of stimulus, the economy cut loose 2.2m workers, not 1.8m. In January, total employment was already 1m workers below the level shown in the official data.

As Klein summed it up last year:
The reality has been worse than the administration's nightmare scenario. Even with the stimulus, unemployment shot past 10 percent in 2009.
To understand how the administration got it so wrong, we need to look at the data it was looking at.

The Bureau of Economic Analysis, the agency charged with measuring the size and growth of the U.S. economy, initially projected that the economy shrank at an annual rate of 3.8 percent in the last quarter of 2008. Months later, the bureau almost doubled that estimate, saying the number was 6.2 percent. Then it was revised to 6.3 percent. But it wasn't until this year that the actual number was revealed: 8.9 percent. That makes it one of the worst quarters in American history. Bernstein and Romer knew in 2008 that the economy had sustained a tough blow; they didn't know that it had been run over by a truck.

Why, I watch Fox Noise and I learned that King George the 2nd

Did not have 09/11 happen on his watch;
Did not fail to get bin Laden;
Did not start two wars costing $Trillions without paying for them;
Did not sign into law Medicare Part D without paying for it;
Did not sign in $ Trillion tax breaks for the rich without paying for them;
Did not oversee the deregulation and complete destruction of the US Banking system;
Did have us losing 800,000 jobs a month when he left office;
And on and on .....

In Right Wing America we have our own facts, screw reality.

That Obama guy better stop making all that stuff up.

Anyone seen the last $2,000,000 check the bin Laden family sent Bush for his "Presidential Library" - Willard says he has to actually put some books in it.

"Ambassador Rice claims the administration launched a 'comprehensive' effort to determine what happened in Benghazi, but the administration failed to secure the scene of the terrorist attack for three weeks -- allowing evidence and sensitive information to be compromised and destroyed. From beginning to end, the administration's behavior in the wake of the attack indicates a breathtaking level of incompetence and suggests an intent to deliberately mislead Congress and the American people."

Well he ck,this is the same trick Bush played about Iraq and the democraps have cried foul for the last 12 years and now are trying to get away with the same excuse, i.e., the un-intelligence community told me so..........

Thanks for admitting Assistant to the President Bush was a liar and a fraud.

Now if we can get the International Court to arrest him and his boss, President, "How many waivers do I need to avoid the draft", Cheney, and have him tried for his War Crimes.

But wait, i forgot, we are Americans, we borrow the money from the Chinese to pay for the International Court - so we don't get prosecuted for War Crimes.

Works out for everyone -
Except of course the average American-
but hey, they still believe Saddam Hussein was our enemy, even though our CIA bribed him for years.

I'll trade the Bush and Cheney war crimes card for Obama's card to send him back to Kenya where he belongs.......

I'll get the better card for trading purposes at the local card swap..........

if you send Bush and Cheney off for trial,
you can send Obama to Kenya, China, Hawaii, or Kansas, or wherever Right Wing World wants - he's been way to right wing himself for my tastes - kind of like "Bush Lite".

I'd give Bush and Cheney a life sentence.
That better than they gave 6,000 of our troops.

If I collected politicians cards, I'd trade Obama, Bush, Cheney, and Clinton for one Teddy Roosevelt.

You know, the Republican who nationalized forests and regulated and destroyed capitalists monopolies.
