Your guess is wrong. File a complaint, and they'll send you the notice.

Do you really think that the highest powers at be, will allow you to reproch them?
just a thought

That is true but even though they tell the people they question not to discuss their is no penalty to doing so unless I missed something. I think it is to keep other people from coming forward when they learn of it although they use the excuse that it might jeopardize ongoing cases.

Let me clear up the confusion. I regret starting this post as I was not trying to start a soap opera. I WAS CONTACTED BY THEM. Apparently someone else made a complaint and mentioned possible abuse and cronyism in our cases (PLURAL). They simply wanted to sit down and review emails and discuss if certain individuals with past relationships should be allowed to hear certain case as well as other POSSIBLE issues at hand. I did not contact anyone but have been very frustrated with massive delays and prefer to use media on the near future.

Also, was told this all started with a nudge from a WSBTV reporter and another individual that is an AJC investigative journalist. Guessing they are working on a story together?

I doubt that. My guess is that you saw some language that made you think that was the case. But the language was probably rather vague. My question would be this:
Can you show me the actual LAW or RULE on the books which says that the individual filing a complaint with the JQC cannot then discuss the matter - under penalty of being convicted of a felony.
Show the the Rule or Law in its exact form and I'll take it seriously.
No, I received an actual letter from JQC advising me that it is a felony to discuss a complaint against a Judge. It was years ago, you research it.
