Clinton had a democrat led house and Senate for two years 1993 to 1995. The rest was with republican controlled house and senate. Clinton signed alot of good bills that were crafted by the republicans. He did what was best for the country, can't say that about the clown we have now.
Lets just try to be a little bit honest. Clinton had Newt, who along with most other repugs at the time were not closed minded and were more than willing to compromise for the good of the country. That’s the way government is supposed to work, its not like that today. Today the tea party repugs are not going to compromise on much of anything other than kicking the can down the road until after the next election. The so called clown you have now is having to deal with a bunch on closed minded morons only interested in the next election cycle and THATS the main reason the Republican Party is going to change or go away. You and the Republican Party have pissed of the blacks, mexicans, women and all the white people that care about others. Keep up the good work, you are killing the Republican Party with all this nonsense.

I support no one in politics. It is all a farce. If you get caught up in the hype, you are just
playing into their hands. I got caught up the last four years and was played for a fool by the so-called Repubicans and Conservatives. I am done with it all. I am just going to concentrate on taking care of my own family, get involved in my own community, and leave the whoremongering and drinking and swearing and all the other filth to
the state capital blow hards and the D.C. Winos.

The senate which is controlled by the democrats have not passed a budget in three years. The clown had a democrat control house and senate for two years and got whatever he wanted. You and the democrats are dragging this country down to a level where there is no return. Pulling the race card is not going to work when everybody is starving to death because of the failed policies of the past four years.

The House is by law responsible for drawing up the budget, which when passed is sent to the Senate, which, after it's passed, goes back to a joint committee, then must be agreed to by both the House and Senate on an up and down vote (as I recall) before it's sent to the President to sign and become law.

When, not if, people in this country start staving to death, it'll be because of Congress and BOTH political parties, not a president, be he past, present or future!

Congress HAS sent budgets to the senate. Reid will not bring them to a vote.

Yes they have, ones they knew would be DOA - for political reasons - and the Senate has sent them back, revised, knowing they would be DOA and "Big John" returned the "favor."

NEITHER political party considers the best interest of the common man, ONLY themselves.

They were not even brought up for a vote in the senate. The senate has not voted on any budget plan. King Harry will not allow a vote. It is the senate that will not pass a budget. Like it or not at least the house did it's job and sent a budget up. Harry is stopping any votes from happening. What would happen if you didn't have a budget plan to go by at your house? Everything that is happening to our country is what would happen. Harry even said that if Mitt won he would not work with him just as he is not working with the house.

The Democrat definition of "compromise" - Republicans abandon their principles and do what Democrats want. No thanks.(oh, but wait - didn't Boehner just do that - thanks a lot, Boehner)

Great@!!! You and all the other tea party repubs just take your ball and go home. You can't win the way you want so you just don't want to do a damn thing but let the country go to hell. EVERBODY has the tea parties number and it’s a double zero. Don't want your man/woman in congress to compromise like every member of congress has had to do to make this country great since it was founded. Fine, you really don't matter that much now, and with every election cycle you and your elected zombies matter less.

Sane people are going to do what the tea party could not do, take our country back!! But we are going to take it back from clueless self-centered people just like YOU!

Daily Horoscope for May 25

Pisces

You're raring to go today, especially on domestic projects. You'll achieve a tremendous amount if you're allowed to proceed at your own pace and in your own time, but you'll soon get ratty if you suspect someone is breathing down your neck or trying to tell you what to do. You'll also feel irritated with people you know really well, so be prepared for a few fireworks.
