Don't feel sorry for me because I have more in life that either of you will ever have. Neither of you are worth the breath I have already wasted on you.

Actually, you are wrong. The only people who can give you a valid answer is Shannon who runs Castaway Critters and the manager of the humane society. I know the answers. Because you've been such an ass about this, I'm not telling you. Go to the source and it isn't Lamar.

Lamar should be the source. He's the one in charge.

you are the ass, put your money where your mouth is and if you know why, spill the beans or shut up..........if mshs is getting funding from union and towns, and excluding ccpr, that is definitely one sided

It is time to have some animal control in our county. Not only is it dangerous for the residents to be subjected to possible rabies infected animals but their pets can also be infected. If a stray dog comes into your yard you have no one to call. The Sheriff's office will not return calls. The Humane society will not take them unless you pay a large fee. Your only option is to not feed them and hope they will leave or a bullet between their eyes and you have to bury them. Now since a bullet is much cheaper than the Humane society that is the most widely used method of removing the problem. We need a animal control ordinance and a person to call and assume the responsibility for these strays.

No more government regulations. If I want to have 210 dogs and cats, starve 'em, then throw them out by the roadside it my own damn business.

Hell, next thing you know you all will be wanting to do zoning, and all such other governmeeeental interference with our God given right to do whatever we want with our property.

Just poking fun.

We recently adopted a rescue dog and my kids and wife love it. Bit also saved me from the wife's desire to get a cat.
The kids learned that the price of something doesn't determine the value, and doing the right thing is a joy into itself.

Hats off to anyone who works at these shelters.

You are correct in the fact that people want to have these animals but don't want the resposibility of keeping them at home. They have no clue to the destruction that they can do to other peoples property. When you confront the pet owner they refuse to for the damages.

Yes, there should be a leash law in this county.

Are you a fool or do you just like to cause trouble? The county has animal control people. If you weren't such a jerk they might come out and help you. But they might just come and put you down being the low down dirty egg-sucking dog you are.

Damn your a sweetheart. I'll call you next time I need to get a stray removed since you have such a warm hearted attitude. You can take it home and feed it and it will never leave and will live to be 100. Ask anyone who has ever called animal control if we have animal control.
