I just switched my pcp to April Lankford. She is wonderful, I really like the place. They are just working out all the kinks, like down computers. But give her a try I like her.

i am going to see apirl, she is great!! i have been a patient there since they opened the doors and she has taken great care to see i get all the care i need. i have several medical issues and we are taking care of them one at a time....if you have an appointment, you are called back on or before you time, better than the other medical place in blaine, where you sit there for hours waiting to be seen. Thanks for being there for us we needed a great dr in this city!!!

they are great, the nurse Renee is back and she had been there since they opened but left for a while, she is great, fast and on top of things. I think they have a new provider there to and it seems like a whole new staff which they are all so wonderful! they are great about answering and returning calls and about getting things done. My family would not ever go anywhere else!

Well, April Lankford was my Doctor and she is no longer there. Which I hate, I really liked her. As far as the new staff goes they are good also. I really like Michelle the girl who works the front desk. But, we will see how this new provider does.

that team is the bomb. they are really nice to me. they have been open all the time, i think they were put in a hard spot when april left but they seem to be sailing now. they really love their patients and what they do. that is so different than i have been used to. most places herd people in and out and dont really care about me, my kids, or anyone else being seen. not these, they really take the time to know me. A++++++++

The staff here are wonderful. I don't see any problem at all. The place seems to be closed a little too much. Don't understand it, but hopefully they will be around for a while. Michelle does a great job. She seems to do it all from being the receptionist to drawing blood and working in the back. Thats gotta be hard. Renee and the new nurse is great too. They all seem to work great together. We needed a place like this!

Inquiring minds (April), this is the owner of the clinic, David. We will change the provider ever how many times it takes to find the right person to take care of the patients in that area that deserve the best. We have great nurses there and we want a great provider to make the team an A plus clinic. Sharon has not informed me or anyone else that she is leaving. As with any provider in a new practice, there will be some growing pains. Amanda and I will not accept substandard care from any provider. Sharon is doing a great job for us and we expect her to be with us for a long time. We are currently looking for another NP to help with both our clinics, so if someone misconstrued that as changing providers, that isn't the case.

I love that place, they treat my whole family and treat us like family. They do all they can to help us stay well and my family has never had such friendly doctors and nurses. you can tell that they really do care about the patients and they don't judge their patients. we went to a doctors office for a long time in maynardville and they seemed to look down on people that came in and you would hear them talkin about the patients and see them roll their eyes as patients walked by but at cumberland gap the people working there seem happy with everyone that comes in, you can watch them with other patients and tell they care aboutt them to and my family is thankful for that. we recommend anyone that needs good healthcare to go there. plus they aint that far anyways and going to the pharmacy next door makes it faster for us to get home over we gots to go.

UR still psycho, I did not post the ad you are referring to. I place my name in my ads so you will know exactly whom you are hearing from. With your spelling and your poor choice of wording, your name is very fitting for you. David

Yet another new Dr. I don't see how anyone is keeping up with them. This place is going down fast. In the last year how many LNP have they gone through? I'm glad Payne is gone!! Just saying! Y'all can stay if you want but I did switch I really wanted to stay but to much changing going on!

No, the place isn't going down. I know there are people out there that wishes we would go away, but the truth is that we are staying here. There are many good people in the area that needs to be taken care of and we will do it. As with any new business, turn over is going to happen until we find the right fit. We welcome Alana Merrill, NP to our practice. She is a very pleasant and professional woman that is passionate about her patients. I hate that Blaine Resident switched care to another provider. Give Alana a chance and you will see that there isn't any need to drive away from the area to be seen, you can have excellent care in town. We accept most all insurances, credit cards and have a very patient friendly sliding scale for the uninsured. David
