If it is don't go. He did my ink and there's blow out all over it. Now I have to get it fixed so if anybody knows the name of this phantom tattoo chick in town please let me know.

Russ is formerly from Wicked.... DO NOT GO TO HIM!!! I am not even sure Tough Luck is even open anymore. They were facing major issues with the Health Dpt. For quality work, great people as well as a very clean shop "Wicked Ink" is the place to go!! Wicked does cover ups as well as "fixes" many of Russ' screw ups!!

Russ has done alot of work for a friend of mine, and it has always been really great work. Sorry to hear that you had bad luck. It has been a couple of years though because we didn't know where he was after he left WI. We stopped going there after he left because no one could free style, only copy from flash.

Maybe he was tired or just had a bad day, in a hurry, i don't know. The tattoo over all looked ok, the lines were straight and the shading was good but the blowout was terrible. It's very obvious even from a distance. Some people even thought it was a failed shadowing job but no.. it's bow out.Hopefully I can find someone I can trust that won't charge me an arm and leg to fix it.Might have to have it covered. I don't show it anymore as it is. Jason at Wicked did myother piece though, he did a fantstic job... paid through the nose for it but you get what you pay for.... most of the time anyway

Thye said on the news that tattooing without a license is about to be a felony in Tennessee. Lookout all you scratchers youll be doing 15-60 years same as if you killed somebody. Go Tennessee you get rid of all those bad people .. but let the pedophiles go with only a warning and their name on a list..........

Best place to get a tatoo is "WICKED INK"on clinton hwy Jason and his crew are great. did all mine even some cover ups.cant even tell the old ones were there.and the lady down there is great at free hand.and you will not find a cleaner shop. they know what they are doin. Russ did use to be at Wicked Ink he ripped them off and Jason let him go.you know if your gonna get a tat do it right the first time and go to WICKED INK they will do you right.

the number of tatoos a person has is inversely proportional to their IQ: the more tats, the less sense. its an evolutionary thing i guess.

I think the use of proper punctuation, and capitalization shows more of the IQ a person has than the quantity of tats they have. This is of course my opinion, and not the opinion of everyone else.....just say'n

No, that doesn't have anything to do with IQ. It's a function of education. So, my guess is that you have 4 or 5 tats, at least.

Ever notice how people without ink will put down, or classify people that have ink? I don't hear too many people with ink putting down the people that choose not to have any.
