And why would an animal's weight have anything to do with being mean or it's temperment around children?? Do you feel the same about overweight people??

You have got to be kidding - what does weight have to do with temperment? I guess cause I'm fat you would automatically assume I will arm wrestle you for food? I certainly hope you don't have any animals with that warped mind set.

Any animal can attack or bite if raised in a hostile environment.

Princess Chunk has a beautiful coat of hair and love is written all over her face. I wish I lived closer as I would adopt her and provide her with a loving home until it's time for her to go to Rainbow Garden.

I guess you have never seen cats such as Maine Coon cats that are known for being large. Jay Leno has a Coon cat and often airs film footage of his cat on his show. Jay's cat is nothing but a big lunk, very docile and loving.

I have 4 cats, and every one of them would attack

That cat is a Turkish Van, a breed that isn't too common in the United States. Look it up.
The Turkish Van has unmistakable markings on the head and tail, and a white body. These cats are large anyway. They are long and have large bones. My 9 year old Turkish Van neutered male is 21 pounds, and I don't feed him too much.
They are beautiful cats, with long soft fur, like a rabbit. However, they can be shy around people they don't know, and they aren't lap cats. All four feet must be on a solid surface. They have a big meow and love being scratched and petted when they've gotten to know you.
When I got my Turkish Van cat I signed an agreement never to give him up, but if I needed to, to give him back to the breeder instead. I wonder if the lady who gave up Powder did the same, and I wonder if any Turkish Van breeders have expressed an interest in him.

WHATEVER the case, I hope he gets a good home. He looks like a very sweet boy.(thanks for the info - very interesting!)
