I do not think the Issue is bail? I think the issue are the 2 other things.
Quote (1)Catrina C. Whitley, 28, of Blackshear, Ga., has been charged with one count of insurance fraud for allegedly keeping premiums paid to her for insurance coverage.
(2)"Our investigation, in cooperation with the Jesup Police Department, has turned up numerous victims of this scam and we expect for additional charges to be filed," unquote.
Taking money and not turning it in for what ever the reason is not right.Leaving people without insurance is not right,If someone had been in a wreak and needed there insurance they would have been in dire straits these people could have been sued and without other means of protection and even got tickets from the police for not having insurance because this lady did not turn in the payments that was (allegedly given to her). You are right She has the right to have her day in court. If found guilty she needs to pay the max price.

NO, you are incorrect, the issue of bail does have something to do with it.
All the investigator wanted to do was ask me a few questions to see IF there even was a case against me. At this point there has been NO indictment and there may not be once the information I gave the investigators is verified.
IF the company would have given my last address then there would have been no warrant and nothing issued in the paper with my name in it. So therefore, everything is an allegation due to me working out of that office during the time that something supposedly happened.
And furthermore, if a customer has a receipt then the insurance company has to honor that no matter what the circumstance so don't assume the customers would have been done wrong.
Once it is found out what really happened out of each office then it can be decided who is really at fault here.
Have a great day.

Look I do not think you are Ms Whitley.. DO you think the person they are looking for would get on the internet and post a reply to something that is almost 2 months old and she would have other means of finding out, also If you are so sure what happened why did you run away? Why did you not stay and face the charges?

Also I did not assume nothing everything I posted was a quote from the paper itself. I made nothing up.

Ok, it makes no difference to me if you believe I am Ms Whitley or not. The reason I felt the desire to post is because someone just told me that there was a few comments about me on here. So of course I decided to glance at it myself. It's not like I normally take an interest in anything that comes from Offerman or even knew they had posts on the internet.

But, I am not running from anything and have already answered every question that was asked of me and gave additional information to clear my name and if they call me back to do it again, I will. They know where I am. The day I found out there was a warrant out against me(which was the day before it was posted in the paper) I found out what I needed to do to turn myself in and post bail, if needed.

Why I responded to your post on here is because bail was a big issue to me and those that know me. Because the company didn't give my address so anyone could come and ask me questions that way I had a warrant out on me JUST to ask questions. A warrant that I had to pay a bondsman to post bail on and I won't be getting it back, no matter that I'm innocent. So the bail was a big deal to me.

And the assumption that I am talking about is where you wrote about the customers getting in trouble without insurance. That was not in the paper at all. And untrue. Being an insurance agent for years I just thought to clear that up personally.

I am just tired of all the talk from those that know absolutely nothing about the issue except for an add in the paper. That's it. When I quit the company there was an add put in the paper by the company that said quite the opposite when they were having problems at that time and that said I had nothing to do with any of this. So if someone wants to comment on it they need to research all the details so they can see what's really going on here. A lot more than one ad two months ago, I assure you.

Again, hope you have a great day.
